The scent is strong but not overpowering, which I appreciate as I'm not a fan of artificial fragrances. It just smells nice. I'm not an expert, but it seems like a pleasant scent for women to use. I have a sensitive scalp prone to blemishes, but this shampoo isn't irritating at all. Even though I don't use conditioner or hair treatments, this shampoo leaves my hair feeling somewhat soft, as if I had used those products. I've been using this product for over a month now, and I occasionally used it before when it had the blue mark prior to being discontinued. I thought it was gone for good, but it came back upgraded! The first thing you notice is the claim of '100% effective for scalp blemishes', and I can confirm it really works. I have an oily scalp and even famous international anti-blemish shampoos didn't do much for me, but with this one, my scalp blemishes significantly decreased within a week. They might reappear slightly if I don't wash my hair for a day or two, but overall, they've definitely reduced. Moreover, one of the main reasons I bought it is because the ingredients are gentler compared to other shampoos. I plan to keep purchasing this shampoo for the foreseeable future. If you have an oily scalp prone to blemishes like me, you must try this. The scent is mild, and it keeps oil at bay for about a day after washing. Unlike many shampoos for oily scalps that tend to dry out the hair, this one doesn't leave my hair feeling overly dry. I still experience some scalp itchiness, which hasn't completely gone away. Being that I have an oily scalp, I sometimes do a pre-wash, and I also use a bit more shampoo due to my thick hair - these factors might contribute. While the itchiness has decreased compared to before, the effect on this particular issue isn't significant yet. Since I have an oily scalp, if there's a bit of oiliness or blemishes, I do a light pre-wash before shampooing again.
