Pros
My skin type: extremely dry, sensitive, pores, redness, facial heat sensation. The texture is more like a soothing gel than a serum, but when applied, it doesn't feel sticky at all and absorbs refreshingly like an essence, leaving a very lightweight and pleasant finish. The moisturizing power is sufficient to hydrate my skin nicely. Even though it's a pore-care product, the level of moisture is great, so it's really good to use before makeup. With my enlarged pores, products with heavy moisturizing tend to make my skin feel congested, but this one doesn't do that. I'm not sure how powerful the green tomato extract is, but I felt my pores improving after using the toner and serum. I'd love to try the cream as well! It also contains lactic acid, which helps improve skin texture naturally. And it's unscented and free of essential oils, so it's gentle on my skin. Compared to other products, the 67% green tomato extract and lightweight formula make my skin look and feel great.

The formula has a very moisturizing feel, so it's great to use in the summer. It's refreshing but also slightly hydrating. I didn't notice much change in my small bumps on the face, but there was a very small bump on my neck that was right next to it, which bothered me when I touched it or looked in the mirror. But it didn't go away, so I wondered if I was just getting older... I felt down looking at that for a few months, but after applying it consistently for about 2 weeks, directly on the problematic area, the bump went away... (so it did work) And my overall neck skin texture became smoother. I realized my neck really needed that extra care. My face just felt softly exfoliated, but applying it to my neck, which I hadn't been doing before, was beneficial. I think it helped because I applied it directly to the bare skin. Especially since the formula doesn't run like aloe vera gel, it seemed to be more helpful.

My face is on the thinner side, but after using it consistently for a few days, I start to feel a stinging sensation in the sensitive areas of my skin.
Tip
If using an exfoliator causes your skin to crack, discolor, and feel hardened, stop using it and focus on moisturizing and skin barrier management. I did the same thing, so I stopped using it.
