Once I adjusted the quantity, I didn't experience any more blemishes.

That's why the ideal oil-moisture balance changes slightly with age. In my opinion, this cream might be more satisfying for those 40 and up, rather than those in their 20s and 30s who might prefer more hydration-focused products. My mom also tends to prefer creams with higher oil content like this one.

I always cleanse with Make P:rem Safe Me Relief Moisture Cleansing Foam, and use Leegeehaam Grow Enzyme Powder Wash once or twice a week for exfoliation. This exact routine has dramatically improved my skin.

Diet is crucial too! I've cut out wheat and try to avoid sweets. I'm also working on maintaining a consistent sleep schedule. And don't forget, good digestion is key!
