First of all, the pore reduction effect is quite good! My nose is very oily, so I didn't really feel the effect on the nose area. However, the pores around the butterfly zone on the sides of my nose are noticeably refined. It's surprising that the texture itself is not extremely dense and viscous, but it still has a pore-reducing effect. ๐๐ป The texture is also good for oily-skinned people to use in the summer. It's a cream, so there is moisturizing, but the texture is somewhere between a cream and a gel, so it's not heavy on the face, yet it provides hydration, and there's a calming effect, so my skin feels comfortable. The application is also good and smooth, so I think it would be suitable for any skin type. ๐๐ป The calming effect is excellent. My skin condition has been a bit poor lately, but after using this product consistently, my condition has recovered thanks to the oil control and calming effects! It's not an oily product, so there's no breakout either, which is great ๐คญ
Cons๐๐ป There wasn't a major inconvenience, but I did feel it was a bit tacky on my T-zone area which has a lot of oil. The moisture is not lacking, but it doesn't fully absorb into the skin, leaving a slightly lingering feeling. So when I wake up in the morning, it feels a bit tacky, which is disappointing. This may also be due to the hot weather these days, causing a skin heating sensation. ๐๐ป I wish the texture could be more absorbent. The texture is between a cream and a gel, so it's not lacking in moisture like a gel, nor is it as oily as a cream, but that also means it's not quite at either extreme in terms of absorption or oil control, leaving a somewhat in-between feeling. I'd prefer a texture that absorbs more quickly into the skin.
TipDry-skinned people can use this in the summer, and oily-skinned people can use it in the winter. Using it with a serum without oil would also be great for the current weather. I highly recommend this to those concerned about their pores!

I have combination skin with blemishes, and when I applied it and slept with it on during times when my skin was feeling irritated, my skin was calmed the next day, so I was able to use it conveniently. However, I think the pore-minimizing effect will need to be tested with continued use. I used it with MTS to enhance absorption, but even then...
ConsIt lacks moisture, so it's fine for summer but you'll probably need to add an extra cream in the winter. Also, if you apply it too thickly, it can feel stuffy and like it's coated on, so I'd recommend applying it thinly. The price-to-volume ratio feels a bit low.
TipMixing it with a moisturizer would probably work well.

As it is fragrance-free, there is no aversion to it, and the application is quite smooth. When I apply it at night and wake up in the morning, I feel a slight sense of replenished hydration. Since cica products generally work well for me, I really enjoy this! Cica products do seem to be the most effective for soothing troubled skin. While the pore-refining effects are still mild since I haven't used it for a long time, I think I should continue using it.
ConsA common issue with cica cream products on the market is the absorption. If you apply too much, it doesn't absorb well, so I'd recommend using a thin layer and applying it a couple of times. Applying too much at once can leave a greasy, unabsorbed feeling on the skin. I wouldn't recommend using this before makeup! It's better to use it as a night cream.
TipThis product seems to work best when you have a good skincare routine leading up to it! I use it in the order of cleansing, toning, essence, and then cream. It's also good to allow some time in between for the product to absorb.

And just by looking at the listed ingredients, I could tell that the moisturizing and moisture evaporation barrier properties were well-formulated. It also contains niacinamide and caffeine, so the ingredients seem good. However, there are acid ingredients and alcohol added for formulation purposes, so there may be some people who don't agree with the glycerin. The scent is like the Honey Mask Pack from I'm From!! It's not a sweet honey mask scent. Personally, I didn't really like the scent. Since they didn't add any additional fragrance, it's probably the natural scent of the ingredient materials. As for the feel and application, I'm not sure yet about the trouble-calming and pore-minimizing effects, so I'll have to use it more to know. If you apply a lot from the beginning, it's natural that it will feel heavy and greasy. But it has a quite high glycerin content, so it feels dense. However, if you layer it on in small amounts, it absorbs well and is fine! Rather, the density might be good to use as a cream pack at night - apply a generous amount after lightly absorbing it, and it'll be good in the morning without any tightness. I currently have some blemishes on my chin, but I'm not sure if it's from using this product or my recent lifestyle habits. The trouble-calming effect is still unknown. But it spreads well and has a sealing feel, so the moisturizing effect will be obvious no matter who applies it.
ConsThere are no major disappointments, but the texture is not thick, yet if you apply too much, it can feel heavy and greasy, so it's best to apply a small amount and let it absorb well before moving on to the next step.

I usually assess whether makeup creases or lifts when using cream products, but I didn't experience any creasing or lifting with this one. Heavier creams tend to cause breakouts for me, but this product didn't lead to any breakouts or skin irritation, so I didn't feel burdened using it. It also has no noticeable fragrance, which I appreciated.
ConsThose with dry skin may find this product a bit lightweight. I'm not sure if it lived up to the 'Trouble Reset' claim in terms of effectiveness. It felt like the product sat on the surface of my skin rather than being quickly absorbed.
