Best of all, the fragrance is absolutely delightful.
ConsWhile I wonder if there might be hygiene concerns, I honestly can't think of any specific drawbacks.

Since it's applied to the hair, a sticky feeling would be unpleasant, but this has a nice, light texture that's easy to apply. Sensation - Many anti-hair loss products have a burning alcohol feel, claiming to reduce scalp heat. This one, however, isn't overly irritating. It absorbs well and leaves the scalp feeling fresh! Scent - It's better than I imagined! A subtle, soap-like fragrance? It's not irritating and has a slightly sweet scent that I personally want to keep smelling!
ConsThe roller applicator part that touches the scalp could potentially get contaminated over time!
TipDon't press the button on the back of the pen too hard. Gently press it to dispense small amounts, allowing you to control the quantity easily!

I've been applying it consistently morning and evening to my problem areas, and I'm starting to see some baby hairs growing! It's only been about a week of use, so I haven't seen dramatic, lush hair growth yet, but I'm really satisfied with how quickly and effectively it's working - better than I expected! I'm even starting to imagine that the hair around the treated areas is getting a bit thicker and the roots feel stronger. Maybe it's just my imagination, but it's a good sign!
ConsGiven that you need to roll it on during application, I'm a bit concerned about hygiene. However, since I usually apply it right after washing and drying my hair, it's not a major worry.

It's a pencil-shaped applicator with beads inside that rolls onto the scalp, releasing a liquid. I find it more convenient to use than traditional scalp tonics. While I haven't used it consistently enough to see results yet, it feels cool and hydrating when applied. The ingredients, including black soybeans, seem promising, so I plan to keep using it regularly.
ConsThe downside is that it's harder than expected to control the amount of product dispensed, and I'm not entirely sure about its hygiene.

Above all, I'm really satisfied with how portable it is!
ConsWhile there's nothing particularly disappointing, I'm a bit concerned about the hygiene when applying it on hot, sweaty days.

My hair doesn't get greasy, and I don't experience any itchiness. I didn't notice it right away, but after a day of use, my hair felt fresh without that greasy feeling. I usually have oily hair and need to wash it daily, but when I postpone it to the morning, it gets greasy. Also, sometimes my scalp gets itchy when I go out in the cold wind, but even the next day, I didn't feel any itchiness, which was great. It's not irritating at all. Usually, scalp ampoules contain alcohol or mint to reduce heat sensation, which can make your head feel cold when drying your hair, but this one doesn't do that. Even though it contains alcohol, I think it's because there's more black bean extract in it.
ConsIt's very watery and tends to drip. It's hard to tell if it's applying well or not. I use it after washing my hair and before drying, but because my hair is wet, I can't tell if the liquid is coming out or not. I end up using a lot. I can't tell if it's preventing hair loss. I don't feel any difference. ++After 3 months of use: I can't tell how much is left. The volume is too small. The ball applicator doesn't seem hygienic. I always use it after washing my hair, but the ball rolls and touches my scalp, which seems to contaminate it. I didn't have itching before, but recently I've experienced itching after applying it.
TipI've been using it for about three and a half months. I didn't use it every day, probably for 1-2 months? It's good for light use.

While the long-term effects on hair loss require extended use to evaluate (which I couldn't include in The Hwahae Testers review), I believe it might have some subtle benefits. The cooling ingredients could potentially help with scalp heat, which can contribute to skin sagging and increased hair loss. When applied to the hands, it feels incredibly refreshing, though the sensation is less pronounced on the scalp due to thicker skin. The application method is convenient and portable, though it would have been even better if the roller ball was removable for cleaning. Note that you need to turn it to 'open' and then press to dispense the solution!
ConsThe liquid can sometimes squirt out suddenly when pressed, so I use it carefully by pointing it towards the ceiling and gently pressing multiple times. When I rolled it on my hand without the liquid, it irritated my skin and made my hand red (I have naturally sensitive skin). It's important not to press too hard when applying. Since it's being rubbed on the scalp, paying attention to hygiene is crucial.
TipI find it applies better if you roll it vertically along your part once, then zigzag horizontally. After use, I close it and clean the ball by rubbing it on a wet wipe.

I mainly used this product after washing and partially drying my hair. 1. Scalp cooling effect Being a liquid product, it gave a refreshing sensation upon application. Since scalp heat can contribute to hair loss, this cooling effect seemed promising. 2. Nourishing feel Though I can't say for certain after such a short period, I did think, 'Hey, this seems pretty good!' I have a feeling that with consistent use, it might show even better results.
ConsThe product comes in a pen-like container with a built-in roller ball, similar to a liquid pain relief applicator. However, the formula seems too runny. While it's not a major issue when applying to the scalp, it tends to leak inside the container, making the cap area messy. This also raises some hygiene concerns. I can't help but think it might have been better as a tube or pump-type product, perhaps with an easy-to-clean dedicated applicator included.

I've been under a lot of stress, and I've noticed that my scalp has been irritated and needs some care. The formula is a low-viscosity ampoule type. It comes out of a pen-like applicator when you press the button. At first, it was a bit difficult to control the amount, and I ended up using more than I intended. But I got used to it pretty quickly, and it wasn't too hard to use. I can't really tell when I'm applying it, but after a little while, my scalp feels a bit soothed and refreshed. Since I can't see my own scalp well, I tried it on my boyfriend's scalp, and it seemed to work well for him too. My scalp tends to get crusty if I don't take care of it, and when it's really bad, I use ointment to treat it. When it's not too severe, I use this pen, and the redness has been gradually decreasing and disappearing. If I don't use it, the redness comes back... It seems like I need to use it every day. I don't think it would be very effective for a severely damaged scalp, but it works great for improving a scalp that's in the recovery stage. Seeing the improvement on my boyfriend's scalp has made me apply it to different parts of my own head every day. With these results, I think it's definitely worth it.
ConsThe pen-like applicator can be a bit irritating, and I'm a little concerned about the hygiene. I think it's better to use it up quickly and then get a new one.
