It's good! How is it?
The texture is not melty and slippery, but has a suitable firmness. It's lightweight, has good color payoff, and applies smoothly and cleanly.
It's not overly rich and sticky, so it has a cleaner feel to it.
It's reasonably priced in the 10,000 won range, so I'd recommend it to those looking for a clean-textured lip balm with good value.

☁️I have an extremely complex skin type that is prone to dryness. My skin is very oily, so even lip balms with a lot of oil can cause the surrounding skin to become oily quickly. That's why I don't use lip balms very often. However, when my lips get dry, I have no choice but to use lip balm, like before bedtime.
When I need to apply it regularly, I prefer to dab it on lightly.

As it's a lip balm, it's understandable that the color payoff is limited. 
Since I have naturally pale lips and my job involves a lot of talking, drinking water, and snacking in the office, the color doesn't last very long unless I reapply it multiple times.

I used to be skeptical about tinted lip balms, so I didn't use them much, but I really liked the Dior Lip Glow. Now I carry this one around with me and apply it more often!
I'm not a big fan of the 'glowy' feeling that Dior products can give, but this is fragrance-free, so it's really comfortable to wear.

It's similar to a lip balm and can be a bit drying, but I think it's great to keep applying it whenever I want to add some radiance to my look.

Color - Even though it's a lip balm, the color payoff is surprisingly good!
The more layers you apply, the more intense the color becomes. As someone who usually wears bold lip colors, I think I applied it about three times.

Fragrance - Some lip balms have an artificial scent, but this one doesn't have any unpleasant fragrances, which is great!

Texture - It has the typical lip balm texture - not too sticky, with a natural sheen.
It glides on very smoothly and feels incredibly soft, which I really liked. Some lip balms can get quite tacky and leave residue on cups, but this one doesn't have that issue.

Moisturizing - For a product that applies so thinly, the moisturizing effect seems pretty good.

Everything was good, but the price seems a bit high.
Other than that, it's all good!

Advantages:
It is packed with skin-protecting and moisturizing ingredients in the Hwahae ingredients, and the application is smooth with decent color payoff, so it's great to wear lightly even when going bare-faced.
The fragrance is unscented, and the moisturizing effect seemed to last for a while when I used it, so the staying power was also quite good.

Since it's a tinted lip balm, the moisturizing effect is somewhat lacking. It would be better if the moisturizing effect lasted a bit longer. The color also fades rather quickly.

The scent was pleasantly mild, and it was certainly moisturizing, but not overly oily, making it very pleasant to use.

Even when I applied it like a lip balm and rubbed it in multiple times, the color built up naturally. The photo is of my bare lips -> 3-4 layers applied.

I'm a cool-toned person, and I thought the color I won would work well for me since it's an apple color, so a coral tone. But when I applied it directly, the color was a bit disappointing for cool-toned people - it has an orangey tone that doesn't match my skin tone. I'd recommend a different color for cool-toned people.
For warm-toned people, it would look naturally beautiful.

These days, in the winter, when I apply tint, my lips get even drier, so I have to alternate between tint and lip balm. But with this one lip balm, I can solve both the color and dryness issues, which is great.
When I applied it directly, even though I usually just go with a bare face, the color built up naturally over multiple applications without feeling burdensome (though it's not completely colorless either), and the moisturizing effect was satisfactory.
