• Skin type: I have dry skin, but during summer, my T-zone tends to get oily, making it combination skin. • Usage period: I've been using it consistently from early summer to fall last year, and I've started using it again this early summer. • Texture: It's a white cream formula, but when applied to the skin, it naturally brightens your complexion like a BB cream. The texture is smooth and lightweight, so it doesn't feel heavy on the skin at all! I initially started using this product because as the weather got warmer, foundation began to feel too heavy and suffocating. Despite its white color, when applied to my skin, it gave me a natural, well-rested, vibrant look! What I particularly loved was that unlike some brightening moisturizers or foundations, it didn't change color or turn ashy over time. It maintained its initial appearance throughout the day. It's become my go-to product when I want a brighter, more radiant complexion! The downside, which is also a positive aspect of this product, is that when used alone, it provides almost no coverage. Since it doesn't have that clay-like, suffocating feeling typical of foundations and instead makes your skin look clear, if you need coverage, you can use the [Glow- Not Dry Concealer] with it! Also, when applying it to dry skin, if your skincare hasn't been properly absorbed, it might feel slightly patchy. This made me realize the importance of choosing the right base skincare or sunscreen before application! This product is perfect for summer when you want a light base! I found that it worked much better with chemical sunscreens rather than physical ones, giving a more natural and beautiful skin finish. After applying skincare and sunscreen, don't wait too long - apply the white BB cream by patting it on when your skin has absorbed just enough. This prevents pilling, clumping, and ensures a non-drying finish! Here's another pro tip: if your current foundation feels too dark for your skin tone, mixing in a small amount of this white BB cream can brighten it up. This allowed me to use foundations I had set aside, adjusting them to match my skin tone. It's incredibly versatile! I bought this to match my dark foundation, and it's great for adding highlights to the skin. If you don't apply it correctly, it can look like it's sitting on top of the skin rather than blending in. Even when using a famous foundation, it's hard to avoid darkening if you have oily skin, right? But when I mix this in, I find it prevents that darkening effect. The texture is thin and moisturizing, making it perfect for blending and spreading easily. There's a similar product, the Snow White foundation from a certain brand, but as someone who's tried both, I much prefer this Glow BB cream. The Snow White one applies thicker and more white-ish. Its texture is also denser and stickier, probably because it's a foundation. However, it does have better tone-up effects and coverage than this one. It might vary from person to person, but personally, I find this Glow BB cream better for makeup application. The Snow White one seems more affected by skin condition... Oh, and I had a BB cream from another brand that I bought in the wrong shade, but when I mix it with this one, it adheres to my skin beautifully. As long as it's not discontinued, I'll keep repurchasing this. It seems a bit pricey. 30,000 won for a BB cream, not even a foundation? The truly pure white color is a standout feature. Many people buy it to mix with other products. I purchased it to blend with other BB creams that were too dark or reddish, and it's perfect for that. Its pure white shade makes it ideal for mixing with various base products to adjust the tone. The adherence is... Unlike other BB creams that focus on skin regeneration, which tend to have less coverage but look more natural and can be applied by hand to enhance glow, this one tends to pill if applied that way. I've resorted to using a puff and gently patting it on instead.
