If you're new to retinal, you might be concerned about irritation from this high-performance product. However, with an adjustment period, you can use it much more comfortably. When first using it, try mixing it with your regular moisturizer in a 3:7 ratio (retinal:moisturizer) and apply to your face. This method allows your skin to adapt more easily, and you'll notice a subtle Inner Glow when you wake up in the morning.

After about 1-2 weeks of use, if you don't experience any tingling sensation, try applying a small amount to the back of your hand, gently rubbing it in, before applying to your face. This approach helps your skin adapt more stably and maximizes the effects of retinal.

The price is quite high... But I understand since retinal is such an expensive ingredient!

I recently switched from a retinol product to this retinal one, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how satisfied I am. While my previous retinol product occasionally caused irritation, this retinal cream is completely gentle. I love how it absorbs well into my skin, leaving it feeling firm and comfortable.

Usually, high-performance products can be irritating or feel heavy, but this cream is different. It has a light, fresh texture while still providing ample hydration, making it perfect for daily use without any burden. There's no stickiness at all, so I'd recommend it even to those who dislike tacky products.

It's rare to find a high-performance cream with such a mild and refreshing feel. I think this cream would be beneficial not only for those with skin concerns but also for those with super sensitive skin or those hesitant about using potent skincare products.

It's expensive. Even with discounts, it's still around $50, which is a bit burdensome. The formula is very rich and oily, making it feel heavy for combination to oily skin types in summer. Also, due to its lack of effectiveness, I applied more, but it didn't absorb well.

Not sure about its effectiveness, but it's easy to control the amount used. For a retinol product, it has good moisturizing power. The texture is really rich and has a high oil content.

It feels a bit rich, so if you apply too much, your skin might feel slightly overwhelmed.

I absolutely love how it tackles both pores and wrinkles at once! The effects are so noticeable, and I could see my skin visibly improving. It's been incredibly effective in clearing up my blemishes, so I've really grown to adore this product!

I recommend using a very small amount mixed with other creams like I do. After applying it and sleeping, make sure to cleanse thoroughly in the morning and don't forget to apply sunscreen!

It can be quite intense, so those with super sensitive skin should probably avoid using it. You shouldn't apply it during the day! It should only be used as part of your nighttime skincare routine.

Did you know that retinal is a more potent ingredient than retinol? In the case of Fortissimo, it has a higher concentration of retinal compared to other retinal products from Dr. Different! Although it's recommended to start with a small amount of retinal and gradually increase usage, I was a bit too eager... I bought the high-concentration version right away. Instead, I used less product and mixed it with other creams to dilute it, gradually increasing the amount I applied. In conclusion, it seems to work well for me! These days, I'm only getting about 3-4 hours of sleep and living a really irregular lifestyle, but my skin hasn't been acting up. Usually, my skin texture would be affected and I'd be breaking out... I think it's all thanks to this product!

 Since it's a product that doesn't require a lot to be effective, when I try to dispense a large amount, the tube feels like it might burst! But it's not a major inconvenience at all. ㅋㅋㅋ

 Wow, it's rare to find products that are truly effective every time you use them, but this one really is. When you apply it 2-3 cm thick on your face, you can visibly see the difference in how your makeup applies the next day! My skin texture has improved, and it even has a subtle glow to it. When I asked my mom, she said my skin looked really good!! 
Even though it's only a 30g size and not a heavy-duty product, it lasts a surprisingly long time. The creamy texture has a pointed tip, making it easy to control the amount. It's great for spot-treating, and I found that a thin layer covers my whole face well with just a small amount. It has a slight oiliness, but applies smoothly without any stickiness.
With a high 0.15% retinol content, it's great for anti-aging, which is why they call it a "bouncy cream." I really hope it makes my skin as bouncy as the name suggests! 
The downside of retinol is usually that it can only be used at night, but the Dr. Different product is stable even with exposure to time, light, and heat, so it can be used during the day too!! This is a huge advantage, as I always had to use two separate products when using retinol before, and had to be extra careful about sun protection. I'm really satisfied with that.
Even though I'm not super sensitive to retinol, the high concentration doesn't cause any irritation at all, not even on days when my skin is sensitive or I've exfoliated. It's completely non-irritating!
Honestly, I haven't seen dramatic wrinkle improvement yet with short-term use, but my skin condition has improved so much. I think with consistent use, it will help improve fine lines and protect my skin from sun damage. 
An unexpected benefit is that it's more moisturizing than I expected. I didn't have high hopes for the hydration, but even with just a small amount, my skin doesn't feel dry at all. Usually I have to slather on a lot of moisturizer, but I've been using a lot less cream since using the Vitalift A.
It's a product I want to keep using even after I finish the jar. I reach for it whenever my skin needs a boost!
