Honestly, I have no complaints about the product's performance.
ConsI enjoy matcha, but this is too artificial a fragrance... The natural aroma of matcha lingers for about 2 seconds when applied. The dominant artificial scent is quite overwhelming. Even after cleansing, applying skin serum, lotion, and cream, the fragrance just won't go away from my face... Looking at the ingredients, it seems a lot of perfume has been added, but I wonder why... I'm tempted to throw it away right away.

The large volume also seems quite good.
ConsSince it is slightly acidic, you may think that the oil-soluble components are not washed away as much.
TipI am intellectual, so I sometimes use it during my morning skincare routine.

The price and volume are just great. I remember it was around 15,000 won for two, and I mainly use it for morning cleansing. I almost use up a whole bottle, and it lasts me almost a year. As you can see from the ingredient list, this cleansing foam is mildly acidic. Since I have combination skin, I mainly use it for morning cleansing. If I moisturize well the night before, my face tends to get very oily in the morning, but this really cleanses the oil nicely and leaves my skin feeling clean. Mildly acidic products are usually less bubbly, but they tend to leave a bit of a residue or slippery feeling. But this one really walks the line perfectly. After cleansing, my skin feels soft, the oil is gone, and it's not dry at all - just right. Also, for a mildly acidic product, I think the foaming is really good. When I bought it, I got a free foaming net, but I don't even need it because it foams up well just with my hands. I used that net with other cleansers that didn't foam as well. The scent was a bit surprising at first, but I've gotten used to it. The Hwahae Green Tea Cleansing Foam also has a green tea base, but the scent is different.
ConsWell, they say that cleansing foam alone is enough to remove sunscreen, but that doesn't seem to be the case. There is still a noticeable residue from the sunscreen, so I just do a double cleanse. Lately, I've been using a cleansing milk + Hwahae Green Tea/Hwahae Trouble Skin Toner, and Apagard. Does anyone know of any good alternatives to Hwahae? Also, there was a slight irritation when I first started using it, but it was fine after a while. And the fragrance is a bit strong, haha.
TipCombination~oily skin types seem suitable for morning cleansing. For dry-sensitive skin types, we recommend using only a small amount...or trying a non-foaming cleansing gel type.

ConsDry skin is not recommended, the cleansing power is a bit weak, but otherwise there are no issues.

Compared to other mildly acidic cleansers, this one produces a good lather and leaves less of a slippery residue after rinsing, which I found to be a positive.
ConsThere were no particular disappointments, but the fact that it was just average is somewhat disappointing.

ConsPreviously, I was very satisfied with the same company's cypress millet foam and wanted to repurchase it, but it was discontinued, so I tried this new product. However, I'm quite disappointed. 1. The fragrance is too strong and artificial. - The fragrance is good, but it's too pungent. 2. I've always had a strong, resilient skin that didn't experience any irritation or sensitivity when using alkaline regular foam cleansers, popular cleansers like Senka, other slightly acidic foam cleansers, body washes, or soaps. But this product doesn't agree with my skin and feels irritating, which is the first time I've experienced this in over 20 years. This product has made me realize for the first time that a cosmetic product doesn't suit me. Using this product feels as if my skin has been intensely exfoliated, like I've scrubbed my face with a loofah, and it's quite irritating. This downside is a major issue. While individual differences exist, I've never had this experience with any product I've used before, so I'm quite perplexed. Since it's from the same company, and I've had such a great experience with their products, I'm disappointed that I regret purchasing this. I'm writing this review a few months later just to specifically point out this downside. If someone says they're going to buy this product, I really want to dissuade them, and the Hwahae Trial Reviewer's positive review is just laughable - it's better to just skim over it. + Instead of the mindless positive Hwahae Trial Reviewer's review, the reviews with lower ratings that commonly mention the irritation are the important ones to pay attention to.
TipI recommend another product.

ConsInstead of being harsh, this cleansing product is really weak. I bought this mild product specifically to use for double cleansing, but I feel like I need to keep rinsing it off with water. However, it's not that I'm completely dissatisfied with it either. Also, the green tea scent lingers for too long after washing, which I don't really like. I bought the 1+1 deal, but I think I'll use a different product before finishing this one.

Cons❌People with sensitive skin should absolutely not use this.❌ ❌Even if you don't think your skin is sensitive, think it over before purchasing.❌ I didn't think my skin was that sensitive, and this is the first time I've had a skin reaction to a cosmetic product. After using this product, the skin around my eyes and mouth became irritated and painful. It became red and swollen. It seemed especially bad when I was cleansing on days I wore makeup. On days I didn't wear makeup, it only happened occasionally. So I checked the ingredients and found that it contains fragrances, which are a risky component. When I looked up fragrance allergies and side effects, I found that symptoms like swelling and irritation around the eyes were common.

It's mildly acidic, but the lather is good and the cleansing power seems effective.
ConsMy skin around the mouth area feels a bit too irritated. I'm not sure if it's due to the exfoliating effect, but there seems to be some irritation on my skin.
TipI usually use it for my second cleanse. I just roll it on my forehead and nose areas, which tend to be oilier, and lightly lather the rest of my face before rinsing, which helps reduce the irritation a bit.
