I bought this during yesterday's Olive Young sale and tried it on. The color payoff is beautiful! I usually enjoy layering lip products, but with this one, you don't even need to layer to get a gorgeous color. It seems to have a slight lip plumping effect too. It's absolutely fantastic!

For the perfect application, dab a bit in the center of your bottom lip and along the line of your upper lip, then add a touch to the corners of your mouth and blend.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a significant plumping effect! Also, it's brighter than expected.

I first bought this color in September, used it all up, and now I'm using it again after repurchasing! While it claims to have a plumping effect, it's not dramatic. Instead, the color and shine are absolutely gorgeous!! And it's not as dark as you might think!

My perfect lip combo: I use Peripera Hip-saeng Hip-sa as a base and apply Nectar on the inner part of my lips (I believe I have a deep autumn skin tone).

The staying power isn't great. It transfers easily, similar to a lip balm. Also, be careful as you can't put the product back in once you've squeezed it out.

It feels moisturizing when applied, with a slight cooling effect and a plumping sensation that I really liked. The color is perfect for those with deep autumn complexions.

If you use Way Back as a base lip color before applying this, it looks absolutely gorgeous. Those with deep undertones (especially autumn muted tones) should grab this right away.

It's a twist-up lipstick, but the diameter is a bit small, so the base lip color can get on the sides when applying. Also, once you twist it up, it doesn't retract, so you need to be careful. It can be a bit inconvenient to use, but other than that, it's good.

This lip color is perfect for my autumn warm tone complexion! A little while after applying, there's a subtle plumping effect too. The moisture lasts so long, which is fantastic for a hydration junkie like me. I'm absolutely thrilled that it's not sticky at all and feels lightweight on the lips.

I'm on my second purchase and there's no need to overthink application.
1. Roughly apply the Milky Shadow color to the outer part of your lips (no need to apply heavily as it's a subtle shade).
2. Apply the Nectar color intensely to the inner part of your lips, almost to the point where you might worry about a harsh line (don't worry about spreading it outwards, or it will lose the two-tone effect and look like you've only applied Nectar).
3. The formula is both a pro and a con. Thanks to its texture, you don't need to blend the edges - even if there's a visible line, it still looks natural and pretty.
The first photo shows only Milky Shadow applied, while the second and third show the two-color gradient effect.
Though my lips aren't perfect, this gives you an idea of the look.

As someone with a deep undertone, this is my absolute favorite! I'm on my third tube. The color is so beautiful and shimmery that I don't even need a separate lip balm!

It's absolutely crucial to only twist up a little bit at a time when using this. I think this applies to all melting balms. If you want to do an overlip look with this product, first use a different tint and lip liner to create a good base on your lips, then apply this on top.

Naturally, the inevitable downside is that you need to reapply it often since it's hard for the glossy finish to last long. As a result, it's unavoidable that the product seems to run out quickly.

I went to Olive Young with my friends, and they all said it looked pretty on me, so I ended up buying it online when I got home! The best thing about this melting balm is probably that you can adjust the intensity of the color to your liking. I can confidently say this is one of my top holy grail lip products in all my years of wearing makeup. I'll definitely keep repurchasing it! As someone with autumn warm undertones, I think it suits warm tones better than cool tones.
