It's a low pH toner that leaves a light and refreshing finish. I'm planning to transfer it to a mist bottle for easy application.
ConsBeing a water-based toner, it tends to spill easily, which can be frustrating. But I guess that's unavoidable if I want to use it. As someone who rarely feels dry except right after cleansing, it works fine for me, though it might lack hydration for some.

It seems better suited for use as an exfoliating toner or as part of a daily mask routine. Scent: Given the name 'Green Tomato', I expected a tomato-like fragrance, but it actually has a refreshing scent. It's unlikely to be polarizing. Feel: This hydrating toner seems ideal for combination or oily skin types. It doesn't feel like it will leave an oily residue after application. Packaging: The bottle is absolutely gorgeous with a unique, stylish design that sets it apart from other skincare products.
ConsFeel: Due to its watery consistency, it might not provide enough hydration for those with super sensitive skin or deep dryness. Texture: The liquid texture means you might end up using more product than intended, which could be a bit disappointing in terms of quantity.
TipTry using it as an exfoliating toner or as part of your daily mask routine!

Color and texture: It's transparent with a subtle hint of light green. The consistency is very thin, like flowing water! Scent: Fresh and almost fragrance-free. Ingredients: Contains green tomato extract. It's gentle with no irritating ingredients, so you can use it with peace of mind. Overall characteristics: Suitable for all skin types, it's a safe and versatile choice.
ConsIt's so thin that it runs like water. It might not be suitable for those who prefer a toner with more viscosity. There was a claim about instant pore tightening, which raised my expectations for pore improvement. However, the results weren't as impressive as I had hoped. I'll need to use it more consistently to see better effects.
TipFor those with dry skin, I recommend applying it generously to maintain more hydration. I received this product as part of The Hwahae Testers program and have written this review with complete honesty.

However, it might feel a bit lacking in terms of hydration. I had high hopes since it contains 95% green tomato, known for its pore-refining properties, but I didn't notice any significant effects - perhaps due to the short usage period. Ingredients and Sensitivity: The ingredient list is remarkably simple, which might explain why it caused no irritation. I had a small cut on my skin, and surprisingly, it didn't sting when applied. Scent: There might be a slight fresh scent, but it's essentially fragrance-free. Those with fragrance sensitivities will likely appreciate this. Packaging: The design is quite basic, reminiscent of old-school men's toners. Its wide and flat shape makes it easy to hold and apply. The transparent bottle is a plus, allowing you to see how much product is left at a glance.
ConsThe biggest disappointment was the packaging! Despite its watery consistency, you have to apply it like an old-fashioned toner, which leads to a lot of wastage. It's such a shame to see it drip away. Apart from that, the lack of deep hydration is a bit of a letdown.
TipPro tip: Store it in the fridge and apply it with a cotton pad whenever your skin feels hot. It works wonders for cooling and soothing!

It helped with widened pores too. (★While results may vary, I personally experienced immediate redness reduction, improved skin texture, and pore-tightening effects after using it as a toner pack★) • Its nearly fragrance-free formula makes it suitable for anyone sensitive to strong scents or those who prefer unscented products. If I had to describe it, the subtle scent is similar to that of ointments or sheet masks. • Despite being a water-based toner with gentle ingredients, it doesn't leave the skin feeling dry after use. I found its quick absorption and finish to be a major plus.
Cons• The lightweight formula might not be hydrating enough for dry skin types in autumn and winter, potentially causing tightness over time. ☞ It's hard to recommend for extremely dry skin. Even on my skin, I found it lacking in moisture for my dry cheek areas. • Its watery consistency makes it a bit inconvenient to use directly with hands. It might be more economical to use in a mist bottle or applied with cotton pads. • Due to its light texture, you need to use more product compared to other toners. With twice-daily use, you might go through the bottle quickly. ☞ Considering the price and total volume, the value for money is somewhat disappointing. I couldn't give it more stars because of this. After trying it, I didn't feel compelled to repurchase based on its performance or cost-effectiveness. • The toner has a very faint green tint, but it's barely noticeable when dispensed. I did grow to like the product packaging - it has a cute, decorative feel, almost like a perfume bottle or ornament!
Tip• This toner seems best suited for oily skin types, and could be beneficial for those concerned with redness, pores, or rough skin texture. (As someone with combination skin leaning towards dry, I think this would have been incredibly useful during summer. I imagine using it as a chilled toner pack from the fridge would provide not only soothing and pore-tightening effects but also a cooling sensation. It's a shame I used it during the dry season...) • The water-like formula absorbs and evaporates quickly. Fortunately, it doesn't evaporate as rapidly as alcohol-based toners, but rather absorbs gently into the skin. Even though it might feel wasteful, don't leave the soaked cotton pads on your face for too long! It may actually deepen wrinkles around the eyes and mouth once it dries.

First off, it's not just a water-like texture - it's literally as fluid as water, with a splashy consistency. To sum it up in one sentence: 'If you're looking for a primary toner, there might be better options, but I'd recommend this as a great secondary toner in your routine.' 💚 Can be used as a mask - The watery texture absorbs quickly into cotton pads, making it perfect for use as a mask - I found it especially nice to apply directly to the face while drying my hair - it leaves skin feeling hydrated and refreshed 💚 Absorbs completely with no residue - It sinks in immediately, so those who dislike sticky textures will love this 💚 Subtle fragrance - I'm not particularly sensitive to scents, but this felt almost fragrance-free to me
Cons🖤 Not recommended for dry skin - It doesn't give that intense moisture-locking feeling, so those with drier skin might experience some tightness - The hydration seems to evaporate quickly, so if you're using this as your main toner, you'll definitely need to follow up with a more hydrating emulsion or moisturizer 🖤 The watery texture requires careful dispensing - It pours out very easily - tilt the bottle just a bit too much and you might have a flood on your hands! I've decanted mine into a container with cotton pads for mask use, but be cautious when handling the original bottle 🖤 Pore-refining effects aren't very noticeable - For pore care, I actually found the tomato ampoule more effective - Using them together might create a synergistic effect though
Tip- Highly recommend using it as a mask before applying makeup! - It could also work well as a facial mist

Secondly, it's a vegan product containing tomato extract, making it gentler on the skin. The watery consistency makes it feel more refreshing compared to other toners with essence-like textures. What I really appreciate is that unlike many toners that contain potentially allergenic fragrances, this Green Tomato Toner is free from harsh scents.
ConsThere weren't many downsides, but since the toner has a water-like consistency, it would be great if it came with a mist nozzle or a package suitable for using as a skin pack.

The formula is a watery toner type. It's fragrance-free. I tried various application methods, but the best was using it as a toner pack for 3-5 minutes after cleansing, then gently patting with the soaked cotton pad, followed by 2-3 rounds of patting it directly onto the skin. This worked especially well in the morning. The toner pack method was particularly effective - even just 3 minutes in the morning made a noticeable difference. It seems ideal for combination to oily skin types, and even those with dry skin might find it suitable in summer. However, it might be a bit drying during seasonal changes or winter.
ConsThere weren't any major downsides, but being a watery toner, it can be a bit messy when patting it on. That said, once you pat it in, it feels moisturizing, absorbs well, and is generally good.
TipFor those with dry skin, it works fine in the morning, but might not be enough in the evening. In that case, try patting it once, then applying it 2-3 times by hand, followed by a more hydrating, richer toner to avoid dryness. Using it with a foaming bottle could be a good idea too.
