My skin is thin, non-oily, and prone to dehydration-related blemishes and sebum, which often leads to small bumps and extraction marks. I received 5 samples from a friend and tried them out. To my surprise, it's really, really good! The texture is non-sticky with a flowing consistency that transforms into a water-like substance when applied. After cleansing, I don't dry my face. Instead, I gently pat to absorb: First, about a coin-sized amount of essence Then another coin-sized amount Finally, I apply a toner + emulsion-type essence, finishing with a small amount of cream This routine quickly improves my troubled skin. Even with my 'blobfish' complexion, I've seen significant recovery. Products that work well for me tend to be suitable for most people. I highly recommend it! There weren't any particular downsides. I recently purchased this product! After being so satisfied with the Somi Treat Toner, I decided to try the gel essence as well. And it doesn't disappoint! My skin was dry, but after applying this, it feels so hydrated! Plus, it's not sticky at all and absorbs well into the skin. There wasn't anything I disliked about it! If you're on the fence, I highly recommend you give this a try.
