  As someone with a summer cool pale complexion (shade 19), I often found that most cool-toned lipsticks seemed to float on my lips rather than blend in. But this Cool Pink On Top that I bought on a whim has become my holy grail lip product... Wow... It's absolutely amazing! At first, I was worried it might have too much of a white undertone, but when applied to the lips, it transforms into the most beautiful, delicate pink. You really have to try it on to understand how gorgeous it is! I was genuinely surprised by how matte it is without emphasizing any dead skin cells on the lips! Unless you're eating a lot, it doesn't so much stain as it just maintains its original color for a long time. The shade is incredibly pretty! If you have a cool pale complexion, I beg you to give this a try. You won't regret it!

  I tried using it as a base, but I felt like the staying power significantly decreased when I layered other colors or glitters on top.
