First of all, the adhesion is great. For those who move around a lot after applying the pad, you'll be able to get ready for going out very comfortably. The pad material is very stretchable. You can stretch the pad to the shape you want and attach it, but the pad doesn't stay put on the chin area very well. However, among the pads I've tried, this one has the best fixation power.
