It also relaxes the neck area, and you can really feel the muscles twitching. It seems more effective for reducing puffiness and gives a cooling sensation. I'll leave another review after using it for a month! While my skin feels somewhat improved, there's no noticeable change in facial contours or shape after just 3 uses...

When I contacted customer service, they told me to use a vibrating device to help absorption. The irritation decreased slightly, but it was still uncomfortable, so I often used just the cream alone. Suddenly, I developed red blemishes around my eyes and temples. (I used the device a bit more in these areas due to eye sagging). The condition was so severe that even the dermatologist was surprised! After stopping use and getting hospital treatment, the inflammation subsided, but redness remained and couldn't be covered with makeup! Meditherapi said they would only compensate for treatment costs if I got a medical opinion stating the blemishes were caused by their product. The hospital said this was just a tactic to avoid compensation. In the end, the consumer suffers the damage from the product and bears the burden of treatment costs, mental, and physical harm! I will never use this company's products again! I won't recommend their products to anyone I know, and I will widely spread awareness about the dangers of this product!

I use level 1 on sensitive areas and level 3 on my jawline.
