When applied to the lips, the color develops into a vibrant rose-orange shade, becoming brighter and more luminous. The formula is lightweight and comfortable, without any stickiness, heaviness, or dryness. The oil-based texture glides on smoothly and leaves a velvety-matte finish. Over time, the oil slightly rises to the surface, but the matte effect remains without any dryness. This is one of the most hydrating and non-drying velvet-type tints I've used. Applying it with just the applicator tip works well, but I find that gently patting and smudging it with my fingers creates an even more beautiful, seamless application. The scent is a refreshing vanilla.
