Compared to shade 19 Cognac Diamond, it leans more towards the red spectrum, making it a slightly redder brick shade. The formula is a lightweight oil-film velvet tint that doesn't feel sticky, heavy, or suffocating. Thanks to the oil-film texture, it applies moisturizing, and as time passes, a slight oil layer emerges. Despite being a velvet tint, it doesn't feel dry at all. I can confidently say this is the most hydrating and least drying velvet-type tint I've ever used. While applying with just the applicator tip works fine, I personally prefer dabbing and smudging it with my fingers in thin, small amounts. This technique seems to create a prettier effect as it slightly tones down the oil film and allows for better adherence to the lips. The scent is a refreshing vanilla fragrance that lingers.
ConsThere are no downsides to mention. I've repurchased this product several times, so I just hope it doesn't get discontinued.
