It's delicious. I usually eat lactobacillus probiotics, but the texture is almost the same. This one seems to have more lemon flavor added. I can eat it without water, it's convenient and good. Haha I eat it as soon as I wake up in the morning!! It also activates my intestines and the effects are good. I plan to repurchase it in the future.

The probiotics I used to take had a focus on the number of bacteria, so they required refrigeration and were a hassle to consume, and I often ended up throwing most of them away. While this one has a relatively smaller number of probiotics, the fact that it can be stored at room temperature makes it easy to carry around and consume casually.
I tend to neglect supplements and end up throwing them away when they expire, so I really like this aspect.

I don't usually do well with powder products, so I bought the capsules, but the powder is lemon-flavored and dissolves well in water, so it wasn't as difficult to consume as I had expected. Dissolving it thoroughly in water makes it much easier to drink.
