My skin tends to feel quite warm, so when I apply this, dry my hair, remove my makeup, and then reapply it, I definitely feel a cooling sensation!
Cons
The other toner pads seem a bit thinner... 🥲 That's why the cooling effect seems to dissipate quickly.
