I swim for at least 3 hours every day and exercise a lot too! Since silicone swim caps trap heat on the scalp, which is already prone to hair loss, it made my hair fall out three times as much. That's why I started getting really interested in anti-hair loss shampoos! I initially used Estheroce products, but I heard it's better to switch shampoos every couple of months rather than sticking to just one. So I happened to discover this shampoo and decided to give it a try! I heard it's often given as a gift to pregnant women and new mothers, which made me trust it even more. At first, I wasn't sure if it was working, but after about two months, I started seeing results! I used it for about four months before switching back to Estheroce. I recommend alternating between these two products!
ConsThe scent doesn't last long, unfortunately. Considering the price, I feel like there's not enough product. It's a shampoo that'll make you broke!
TipHow to use: 1. Thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water (1-2 minutes, use lukewarm rather than hot water. If you don't wet your hair properly due to oil on your scalp or hair, it can actually be counterproductive). 2. Squeeze some shampoo into your hand and lather it up (it's not good to lather directly on your scalp. This can actually worsen hair loss symptoms as harmful ingredients in the shampoo can get trapped in the scalp). 3. Massage the lathered shampoo into your scalp with your fingertips, as if you're giving yourself a scalp massage! 4. Leave it on for 1-3 minutes (I usually brush my teeth during this time). 5. Rinse thoroughly! This is the most important step. If your scalp isn't white when you look at it after showering, it means you've done a really thorough job of cleaning! When these things build up, it can slow down recovery from hair loss.
