The shade seems perfect for those with skin tones between 22 and 23. It doesn't break down much, and when applied thinly, it looks natural and like your own skin.
ConsDue to the product's nature, it's not a cushion matte mesh material, so it's inevitable that some dust gets in... Make sure to wash the puff thoroughly before use.

I usually prefer to apply liquid foundations in thin layers, so I was initially concerned that the Lab Cera foundation might apply too thickly when picked up with an air puff. However, I was pleasantly surprised! When applied to the face, it spreads thinly with incredible adherence. To avoid over-application, I gently dabbed the puff onto my skin instead of rubbing, and the foundation clung perfectly. There was some pilling when I tried to rub it in, possibly due to incompatibility with my skincare products, so I had to pat it out carefully. In this dry weather, I've been mixing my foundation with moisturizer, but the Lab Cera foundation can be applied on its own without feeling dry or cakey. As someone with oily skin, I often struggle with makeup breakdown or complete fading by afternoon. I've tried many foundations known for their staying power on oily skin, but they often left my skin feeling parched. I'm thrilled that the Lab Cera foundation stays put even into the afternoon, providing excellent coverage without drying out my skin. It's become my new go-to!
ConsBe careful when applying to the face as there can be some pilling. This might be due to incompatibility with my skincare products. There's a slight grayish cast to the skin tone, reminiscent of older BB creams. While it doesn't feel dry, I do notice some excess oil production in the afternoon. These issues led me to deduct one star from my rating.

You might need to use concealer for areas requiring more coverage. It doesn't break down significantly throughout the day, so you only need minimal touch-ups, indicating good staying power.
ConsThe outer plastic of the cushion compact makes a creaking noise. It would be better if it were replaced with a sturdier material.
TipAt first, you might be tempted to press hard to get the product onto the puff, which could lead to over-application. Instead, gently rub while applying slight pressure, and you'll find the product transfers thinly onto the puff.

I was worried it might be stiff, being solid and all, but it applied smoothly and thinly with great hydration! Even though my usual foundation is on the moisturizing side, this one had an even more beautiful, alive dewy glow. I tried to capture it in a hand swatch photo, but it doesn't do justice to what you see in person >.< • Coverage / Longevity Despite its thin and hydrating application, one or two layers are enough for good blemish coverage! While it might struggle with larger spots, it definitely covers things like freckles on the cheekbones. I applied it before work and came home after dinner around 10 PM, so it lasted over 12 hours without touch-ups or oil blotting (I just lightly patted visible areas with my hands once). It didn't break down messily, just seemed to fade a bit. I'd say that's pretty good longevity! A light dusting of powder would probably make it even better! When I tested it on the back of my hand by spritzing water and waiting, the water droplets stayed clear instead of turning milky. It seems like it could be water-resistant for light rain, though maybe not for full immersion. You don't need to apply sunscreen separately, and you won't get white patches around sweat-prone areas like the forehead and mouth in summer, so I'll probably just use this in spring and summer : ) • After two weeks of use, it cleansed off well and didn't cause any blemishes or skin issues!
Cons• I saw many reviews mentioning how difficult it was to combine the main component with the refill, but I found it super easy. Just push until you hear a 'click' and they're combined, right? Haha. There was some dust on the product box though... ^^ That was a bit disappointing.
Tip• It's not completely transfer-proof, so it might be good to set it with some powder and use a makeup fixer spray together!

Compared to other products, it keeps the skin moisturized, and even after hours of wear, there's no feeling of tightness or makeup separation. ✔️ There's a slight brightening effect that allows for a radiant, glowing complexion, which I found very satisfying. ✔️ Despite having skin that's prone to breakouts when using the wrong products, this compact didn't cause any blemishes. ✔️ The high SPF factor was an added bonus that I really appreciated.
Cons✔️ While I didn't have any other significant complaints, as someone who doesn't enjoy the typical heavy scent of cosmetics, I found the fragrance a bit disappointing.

However, this one goes on thin, and its staying power and resistance to breaking down are impressive. It didn't feel drying at all. The case design and color are quite attractive, and despite being magnetic, it's held up well without any issues so far.
ConsEven though I'm between shades 23-25, using shade 21 didn't give me that bright, radiant look I was expecting. It might be too dark for those who actually have shade 21 skin. Some say it has a grayish undertone, but maybe I couldn't notice it because my skin is too dark. When first applying, it was difficult to spread evenly on the skin. It did settle in better later, but initially, it emphasized every dead skin cell and fine line.
TipDue to its balm-like consistency, it can pill when applied over oily sunscreens.

It's great for dry days due to its hydrating properties. With 75% essence content, you can feel a natural, dewy glow. It combines skincare and sunscreen functions, making it ideal for light application when going out. The puff is firm, making it easy to pat onto the skin. I loved that it didn't settle into wrinkles or feel dry, but instead gave a moisturized sheen as if I'd applied essence. It provides clean coverage, applies thinly and naturally, making it perfect for daily use. I was particularly pleased with how it covered and reduced redness around my cheeks where I have some pigmentation concerns.
ConsAs I have oily skin, I think this might be more suitable for dry skin types. Its moisturizing properties and lack of skin tightness make it a recommended item for those with dry complexions.

The adherence is fantastic and it's not sticky - You might think it doesn't cover well due to the thin application, but the coverage is surprisingly good, especially for pores - I was amazed! - It's moisturizing with a slight pink tint and has a bit of a glow as shown in the photo below - My complexion tends to be dull, but this product's pink undertone brightens it up nicely - The inner lid has a rubber seal, so it shouldn't leak even if it melts in summer
Cons- For oily skin, it's unfortunate that it contains stearic acid, which can clog pores - The price is a bit steep. I probably wouldn't buy it unless it's on sale (I thought there was a refill, but it's just the main product packaged separately) - It's a shame it only comes in one shade - The scent isn't particularly pleasant; it has a strong artificial fragrance
TipApply the product to moisturized skin. It might settle into dry areas a bit. It's perfect for light, natural makeup looks!

However, it wasn't too dark, making it perfect for a truly natural makeup look when I want to skip sunscreen. The balm-like texture allows for easy application - just glide it on and gently pat. It creates a luminous finish while spreading thinly, leaving the skin feeling light. Plus, it doesn't settle into fine lines at all! About 7 hours after application, I noticed some oil coming through, giving a slightly dewy look, and there was minimal darkening. However, there was no caking around the nose area, and I didn't really notice any makeup breakdown. While touch-ups weren't necessary, when I did apply more makeup over it, the oily sheen diminished, though it felt a bit heavier on the skin.
ConsThe main drawbacks are that it only comes in one shade, suitable for about #22-23 skin tones, and it can be tricky to control the amount when first using it.
TipThis is perfect for those with dry, redness-prone #22 skin who want to go out with a bare face look, using this instead of sunscreen. Photo 2: Redness on back of hand due to scratching Photo 3: After one application Photo 4: After two applications Photo 5: Half removed

The Labsera compact allows for a beautifully sheer and natural skin finish, but with strong adherence. It works wonderfully for both a dewy look and as a cover compact without any issues. It's become my go-to essential for outings, keeping my skin hydrated even in the depths of winter. I typically prefer products that apply thinly and keep skin moisturized, as I dislike heavy or overly matte makeup. Among the dewy compacts I've tried recently, the Labsera stands out as a truly magical makeup product. Amazingly, it contains 75% essence.
ConsI've been using it daily for a week now, and so far I haven't found any drawbacks.
TipIf you have slight blemishes or noticeable pores around your nose, you'll find that as you pat it in, it gradually absorbs and provides perfect coverage.
