  I don't use this toner with a cotton pad, but instead apply it directly to my hands and let it absorb. When I apply it to a cotton pad, the texture becomes thick and it drips down. Unlike when I wipe it on, when I let it absorb, I immediately feel a moisturizing effect, which I really like. Some have said the scent is strong, but I'm not sure about that.
