  While it's not a miracle worker, this product does show some effectiveness in managing pores. The absorption is quite impressive, sinking into the skin nicely.

  Pros

  I bought this because I heard it's good for pores. The absorption is nice, and it sinks into the skin well. I think those with oily skin or a strong skin barrier would be satisfied with this. When I look in the mirror the next day after using it, my pores definitely look tighter and more refined.

  Cons

  I wouldn't recommend this for super sensitive skin. It can still feel tingly even the day after application.

  Tip

  Since using it all over the face might be irritating, I found it worked better when I focused on applying it just to the areas where I'm concerned about pores.

  My pores have visibly reduced and my skin feels more elastic. I had some fine lines on my forehead due to enlarged pores, but after using this product, they've noticeably smoothed out.

  Cons

  I bought the 7500 strength expecting a strong tingling sensation, but it's not as intense as I hoped. It feels more like the 300 strength Redleshot.

  Tip

  For best results, use this in combination with other Medicube products.

  I've heard that exosome spicules are all the rage these days, so I decided to check them out. Wanting to step up my skincare game, I skipped the 2000 and went straight for the 7500. Maybe it's because I have relatively healthy skin, but it wasn't as painful as I expected. Just a slight tingling sensation when you rub it in! They recommend using it every 3 days. Sometimes you can even feel the effects the next day when washing your face. It's supposed to improve pores and help beneficial ingredients penetrate deeply, increasing the absorption of active components. That's why treatments like microneedling have become popular, which led me to this product. If you don't have super sensitive skin, you shouldn't experience any side effects. I didn't have any issues at all. I bought it to address enlarged pores and wrinkles, and I can feel it working on my pores! While the results aren't dramatic, I think consistent use will show good effects. The ingredients are absolutely fantastic for improving wrinkles and pores. They say it can change your skin texture, reduce dead skin cells, and boost radiance. Give it a try for some serious pore improvement! My own money, my own purchase~

  Cons

  No real downsides, but I'd be happier if it came in a larger size for a lower price. Those with sensitive skin should be cautious.

  Tip

  After using the exosome treatment, apply plenty of your favorite serum. You can get it a bit cheaper if you sign up for their membership program.
