  Pros

  I've been using this for about two weeks. At first, there was hardly any scent, and it's a cream packed with hydration. Starting from mid-February, I found that applying multiple layers made my skin feel more comfortable. It absorbs well, but because it absorbs so well, I needed to apply more. After application, my skin texture feels soft and smooth. It seems better suited for spring and fall rather than winter. The hydration is excellent.

  Cons

  I personally like that there's no stickiness after application, but for those with dry skin, it might feel a bit lacking in winter. While it's full of hydration, it's a bit short on oil content. It seems more like a spring or fall cream rather than one for the depths of winter.

  Pros

  For oily skin, it has just the right balance of oil and moisture! The texture is similar to a hydrating cream with tiny particles. I used it as a substitute for my moisturizer while traveling, and I was pleased that it absorbed quickly without causing any blemishes.

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers :) I've been using this product for about 2 weeks after being selected as a tester. My skin is combination and sensitive, prone to blemishes. My U-zone is dry while my T-zone is oily. The texture feels like a mix between a hydrating cream and a butter cream. It has a firm, bouncy feel when applied to the skin. The capsules in the formula give it an extra plump sensation during application. When spread on the face, it feels elastic and smooth. The scent is unique - you'll either love it or hate it. It's not unpleasant, just a bit ambiguous. When you spread it on your hand, you can see the capsules popping! The capsules are quite visible, but once applied, you don't really feel them on your skin.

  Cons

  There's very little hydration, so it doesn't feel particularly moisturizing. I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin types. While it's fine for the oily T-zone, the U-zone experiences some deep dryness after application.

  Tip

  While using it, I could clearly see the probiotic particles mentioned in the product description. The texture is a rich cream, so don't expect it to be hydrating on its own. Since I have combination dehydrated skin, I always make sure to hydrate first and then lock it in with a richer cream. When I applied this cream after just toner and serum, I felt it left my skin slightly shiny but still a bit dry. This made me realize it's quite a rich product. However, when I applied it as the final step after hydrating and slept on it, I woke up to smooth, silky skin which was great. As for the scent, it's not particularly pleasant but it's unscented.

  A cream with an ambiguous position? Typically, creams tend to be either hydrating or rich, but with the Metabiome Bounce Cream, I can't tell if it's a hydrating or moisturizing cream. It lacks both hydration and richness, feeling more like a powdery cream. As a result, one layer doesn't feel like enough when applied. I tried using it before sunscreen, but when I applied two layers, the sunscreen started pilling immediately. Perhaps the capsules didn't dissolve properly? (I've been using the same sunscreen for over a year, so it's not a sunscreen issue)
