The pad is not too thin, and it adheres well to the face. It feels great, and even after 5-10 minutes of application, there is still moisture left. It's almost a shame to wipe it off. The pad size is just right. However, while it feels moist when applied, it doesn't seem to provide significant deep hydration. Using a lotion after the pad seems necessary.
Cons
I would absolutely not recommend this for cleansing purposes!! And I hesitate to call this a downside, but the essence amount is quite a lot. So it's always dripping down my arms, which could be considered a downside. But there weren't any major disappointments!
