  Pros

  I always get chapped lips in winter, so I bought this lip balm. I'm not one to reapply often, so I wanted something long-lasting. This one's great because it stays on for about 3-4 hours without needing to reapply. I especially love the strong peppermint scent. It's also larger than regular lip balms, so a couple of swipes cover my entire lips easily - super convenient!

  Cons

  I'm not sure about the plumping effect. If you're not a fan of peppermint scent, you might want to avoid this. Also, since it has a strong cooling sensation, it can sting a bit if you apply it to cracked lips.

  Tip

  I use the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask at night and this product during the day. My lips never have a chance to get dry!

  I came across this product through a trial review panel and have been using it consistently for over 2 weeks. First and foremost, the application was very smooth and the product did not clump or cake even after multiple applications, which I really liked. Secondly, as someone who places a lot of importance on scent, I found the peppermint fragrance to be refreshing and the herbal notes helped to mask unpleasant odors like cigarette smoke when I was on the bus, which was a great benefit. Thirdly, the moisturizing effect was excellent - even after arriving at the dry office environment, a single application would keep my lips feeling soft and supple for a long time, and I could reapply it multiple times without it feeling sticky. Given that this product has SPF 11 sun protection, I was pleasantly surprised that it helped maintain the natural reddish tone of my lips, whereas before when I would just use a tint and remove it in the evening, my lips would become quite washed out from sun exposure. Lastly, the plumping effect of this lip balm is fantastic. Applying it once before my lip tint and then once more on the center of my lips after the tint has dried gives me the perfect amount of subtle volume and shine for a plump, healthy-looking pout.

With shea butter, baobab seed oil, squalane, ceramides, and hyaluronic acid, it really nourishes the lips. After using it daily, my lips became smoother. Now I confidently show off my lips wherever I go! Blemish Soothing Effect I used to only apply nourishing lip balms at night because they were too greasy for daytime use. But this one doesn't feel greasy over time, just leaving that moisturized feeling, which I love. It feels like my lips are getting healthier. It also provides sun protection, so I think I can use it outdoors all year round! Stays Put and Firm This is the first large-sized lip balm I've tried since Vaseline, but honestly, Vaseline is too big to carry around. This one is easy to carry, and above all, the design is pretty. It's eye-catching, so I'm less likely to lose it. It's easy to apply on larger areas, and it's gentle, so I highly recommend it!
