When nothing else seems to soothe your skin, this cream comes to the rescue! Made with job's tears, it's excellent for calming and perfect for daily use. It's the gentlest cream you'll find. For my combination dehydrated skin, it feels a bit rich. However, the product is so gentle that it doesn't cause any blemishes. For skin that needs calming, this cream is your go-to solution! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMay 1, 2025
Skin type: Combination / Combination dehydrated skin / Sensitive Purchased from: Zigzag / Usage period: 1 week Texture and application: The texture is a soft cream with a slight stickiness. It feels light at first, but when applied to the skin, it creates a thin moisturizing barrier. The rich feel is comforting in dry weather, but I felt a tingling irritation immediately after applying it to sensitive areas like around the eyes. I was surprised that despite being marketed as gentle, it actually felt a bit harsh on sensitive areas. Effects: After using it consistently for a week, I didn't notice significant improvements in milia or changes around the eyes. There was some improvement in skin texture and moisture retention, but I didn't feel a major enhancement in my overall skin condition yet. Positives: It's fragrance-free, making it suitable for those sensitive to scents. The oily barrier helped with deep dryness. It didn't cause pilling under makeup, making it decent as a day cream. Drawbacks: Contrary to its gentle claims, it caused irritation around the eyes. It's difficult to notice effects with short-term use, and consistent observation seems necessary. Usage tips: I recommend using it on dry areas like cheeks, chin, and around the mouth, rather than sensitive areas like around the eyes. Applying a generous amount at night as a sleeping pack can be effective for maintaining hydration! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinApr 27, 2025
Skin type: My skin is generally dry and sensitive, with blackheads and excess sebum production around the nose. I don't get major blemishes, but I often have small pimples and bumps. There are small textural irregularities in my T-zone, and I experience deep dryness. Volume and expiration date: - 50ml / Use by 13.04.27 Sensitivity level: - Very gentle Scent: Fragrance-free! Benefits: - Based on reviews, it's said to smooth out skin texture and create an even complexion when applied to uneven areas. I focused on applying it to my T-zone and areas with more texture. - I definitely noticed a slight improvement in milia and skin texture. When I applied it to my T-zone, I got one small bump next to my nose. I think it might be due to the richness of the product, so I wouldn't recommend using it daily. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinMar 13, 2025
I bought this product after hearing it was effective for smoothing out small bumps and uneven texture. The main advantage is... it's just gentle? It's a hydrating cream type that doesn't cause any issues or irritation. For combination dehydrated or dry skin, it might not be enough on its own, but for oily skin... it could work well. The texture feels like a very light moisturizer, but because of that, it doesn't feel like it's doing anything when applied. There's not much hydration either, so using it alone doesn't provide any moisture. I tried layering it multiple times, but it still didn't hydrate my skin. Therefore, you absolutely need to apply another cream on top. So I just lightly apply this before makeup and then layer a moisturizer over it. Also, as for its effectiveness in improving small bumps and uneven texture... I'm not sure. I think an ointment from the pharmacy might actually work better than this. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 25, 2025
My acne started on my forehead and spread across my entire face, so I began searching for skincare products that are good for blemishes. That's when I discovered the Soon Yul cream. I saw convincing before-and-after photos in the reviews, and everyone was raving about it, so I decided to buy and try it. However, it doesn't seem to suit my skin. The texture is smooth, and there's a subtle scent (something like wood or a faint herbal smell), but it's almost fragrance-free. I didn't experience any irritation when using it. After using it, I noticed more small bumps appearing on my forehead, so now I'm just applying it to my neck. It wasn't effective for small bumps or uneven skin texture. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinFeb 14, 2025
I've been using this consistently for about six months, and my skin texture has visibly improved and my skin feels calmer! Other products for texture and dead skin cells often irritated my sensitive skin, causing a vicious cycle. But since using this, I don't need separate treatments for exfoliation or texture - my skin feels smooth. Its gentle emulsion formula doesn't irritate, allowing my skin to gradually improve. I can't imagine living without this product now. It's perfect for those with texture concerns and super sensitive skin! There's nothing I dislike about this product. Absolutely no drawbacks. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJan 4, 2025
It's gentle and moisturizing. I've never experienced any blemishes with it. The lightweight formula seems more suitable for oily skin types rather than dry skin. The texture was thinner than I expected, so it wasn't quite the style I was looking for. I haven't seen significant results on my small pimples yet. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 24, 2024
As a teenager, I had acne due to hormonal changes, but I never expected it to continue into my 20s. I tried visiting dermatologists and using various gentle products, but many popular ones on the market were excessively oily and inconsistent depending on my skin condition. I used to apply heavy, oil-rich products without knowing any better. However, this product is hydrating, gentle, and has excellent soothing effects! On days when my blemishes were severe, applying just this cream before bed was much more effective in calming my skin than using multiple products. The next day, I could visibly see that my skin had calmed down. After application, it absorbs well into the skin without sitting on the surface, leaving my skin texture soft and smooth, with the cream feeling like it adheres well to my skin. Since I have rather dry skin, using this product alone didn't provide enough hydration. So I apply an additional layer of moisturizer on top of it! Don't apply it before makeup (it might cause slight pilling), but do use it before bed, applying a thicker layer especially on areas with blemishes. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 7, 2024
Apart from the occasional pimples around my chin before my period, I usually only get a few small blemishes or some flat warts. My skin is generally good, but these little imperfections were bothering me. So, I looked for something that could help and heard coix seed was beneficial, which led me to buy this. The texture is a bit thinner than regular creams, and it absorbs well. The ingredients seem gentle, and when I apply it at night, I wake up with a nice glow. After using it for a few days, I've noticed some of the small blemishes have diminished. I think it'll continue to improve with consistent use. I have oily skin, and there's a slight shine right after application, but it's not excessively rich. I don't really have any complaints! Since it's a repair cream, it seems better suited for nighttime use rather than in the morning. When I apply it before bed, I wake up with a natural glow, and my skin feels softer. It also creates a great base for makeup! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinSep 6, 2024
I bought this because I had so many blemishes on my face, and it's really quite nice with its gentle ingredients. It's a bit pricey for the amount you get. I wish they'd come out with a larger size option. Apply it well twice a day, morning and evening. It seems to be more effective that way.
