As someone with extremely dry skin, I find that applying about 4 drops of this before bed really boosts my skin's hydration! I used it during winter without any dryness issues, and since it's not an oil-based formula, I think it would work well in summer too (it's lightweight yet deeply hydrating). Compared to the Wellage Blue Ampoule, this one has a slightly thicker consistency! After applying the product, it feels a bit sticky when it's partially absorbed. This stickiness eventually disappears as it fully absorbs, leaving the skin feeling soft. However, the transition from sticky to fully absorbed takes some time. I didn't find this to be a major drawback though, as I usually follow up with a moisturizer right after it's absorbed, sticky feeling and all.
