  I purchased a bright lipstick with a glossy color to apply over it. The color was too subtle on my lips, so I applied it as a coating-style over the lipstick. It looks like a glass-like finish and is so pretty.

  Applying it on top of the Rubywoo makes it appear in a cooler color, which I like. If you apply it on top of a heavily pigmented tint, it lasts quite long.
