I've used it a few times and it's caused some trouble. This hasn't happened to me before, so I'm disappointed.

The fragrance was so sophisticated that my mom and I immediately said "Oh, the scent is really nice" as soon as we caught the aroma.

It left painful blemishes on my scalp and caused itching. For a so-called anti-hair loss shampoo, it seems to actually promote hair loss. I noticed more hair falling out after using this. Not recommended for oily scalps as its cleansing effectiveness is poor. Now I'm wondering what to do with all this product I have left.

I bought this because of the many reviews on Coupang, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. If I had to find something positive, I'd say the quantity is generous, so it's good value for money. Oh, and the scent isn't bad.

Mixing it with coffee really improves hair texture, volume, and helps with super sensitive skin on the scalp. I buy refill americano and mix in about a teaspoon. The results are amazing.

1. Not for hair loss!
While it's advertised for hair loss, it doesn't have much effect on reducing hair fall. It might be slightly better? Or about the same? That's the feeling I get.

I'm currently using the largest size, which I believe is 1L. I've gone through two bottles already. I used to use shampoo bars for environmental reasons, but their prices kept skyrocketing. I'd go through one every 1-1.5 months, so I switched to this.

Great value for money. The large bottle lasts over half a year even with daily hair washing.

It lathers well and cleanses hair without tangling.

3. Itching and blemishes
This is why I've settled on this shampoo. First off, my scalp's dead skin cells have almost disappeared. No itching at all. As for blemishes, I might get one every few months, if that. I've tried all sorts of 'good' shampoos, but never experienced results like this. I've finally found my go-to product.

Oh no... I developed dandruff after using this shampoo. Usually, I can go three days without washing my hair and no one would notice any greasiness. But with this shampoo, if I wash my hair around 10 PM, it becomes oily by the next afternoon. The formula is also too runny, though it does lather well.

The customer service is excellent! I had issues with faulty caps on Byour products twice (they wouldn't open), but they promptly sent replacements. Unlike other products, the container design allows you to use every last drop.

There's not really any downside to mention. It's a very well-balanced shampoo.

It might be a bit insufficient for extremely oily scalps and slightly drying for dry ones. Compared to other supermarket shampoos, the standout difference is the 'texture'. It's incredibly thin, yet it lathers well (even with just one squeeze). Usually, thin shampoos tend to splash everywhere when squeezed, but thanks to its good pump design, this one flows down smoothly without splashing. The scent is subtle and pleasant, unlikely to be polarizing. The bottle is also attractive - perfect for those who care about bathroom aesthetics. I'm using it with the matching treatment from the same line, but I found I don't need to use the treatment daily. The shampoo alone doesn't leave my hair feeling too stiff, so I just apply hair oil or a leave-in treatment after washing. For those with undamaged hair or for children, using the shampoo alone should be fine.

It leaves my scalp dry and my hair a bit lackluster. I'm quite particular about my hair condition, so I usually use a treatment, leave-in conditioner, and oil or serum. But on days when I use this shampoo, my hair feels rougher and my scalp screams from dryness.

Feels like a decent supermarket shampoo. Lathers up incredibly well with good cleansing effectiveness. Recommended for oily hair types. The pump is absolutely amazing - I've never seen one like this before. It's incredibly smooth to press, and the shampoo flows onto your hand like a gentle stream. It's hard to describe; you have to experience it to understand. I'd give an extra star just for the magical pump that makes you want to keep pressing it, rather than for the shampoo itself. The formula is so addictive to use. Other than that, it's like a regular shampoo.
