True to its lip plumper name, it has a gentle plumping effect. Rather than making your lips look bigger, it smooths out fine lines without being irritating, which I appreciated. Personally, I think the nail polish-like design is quite pretty! The formula isn't very thick, so the glossy finish doesn't last very long. It works well to tone down overly bright tints or to layer over dry tints.

As someone who always wears lip gloss, I often find them sticky with dust clinging to my lips. However, this is the least sticky lip gloss I've ever tried. Its slightly oil-like texture is fantastic. The silicone brush tip doesn't stain and allows for perfect application control. A small amount dramatically changes your lip color mood. As mentioned earlier, I'm not sure about the plumping effect. Other products definitely give a tingling sensation, but this one feels more like a simple oil gloss. After continued use, it tends to leak, making everything in my makeup pouch sticky. Just apply it over your lipstick, and it makes the color pop! It becomes more vibrant!
