It's a real life counselor ㅠㅠ First of all, it's a concealer so the coverage is quite good, and it's in a spatula shape so it's really easy to apply. It's truly amazing!

However, the feeling of being applied with a spatula is not quite as smooth. Compared to an actual spatula, it felt slightly less soft, but it was not significantly uncomfortable to use.

The Hwahae spatula-type concealer I recently tried was overall satisfactory.

First, the spatula design is great for applying to wider areas, and the edge can be used to cover smaller, more targeted areas, making it very convenient to cover details precisely. Thanks to this design, it's easy to use on various parts of the face.

The size is also not too large, so it's easy to carry around in a pouch. Since you don't need to carry the spatula separately, it helps reduce the size of the pouch!

The coverage is really outstanding, neatly concealing dark circles and blemishes. One application is enough for sufficient coverage, so you don't need to reapply multiple times. Also, the moist formula doesn't feel dry and adheres well to the skin, lasting for a long time, which is a big advantage.

Overall, thanks to the moisturizing formula, excellent coverage, and the convenient spatula design, this concealer is satisfactory in many ways.

No matter how hard I try to apply it cleanly, the formula keeps coming out like in the photo. That's why it gets on the pouch and my hands, and I have to wipe it off with tissues every time I use it, which is inconvenient.

It's great that it has a spatula built-in, so I don't have to bother with scooping it out separately. I also love that there are multiple shades available. I use this as a concealer base, and the coverage is really high, so sometimes I just use this on its own.

The formula was thick and creamy, which made it float well, but I felt the coverage was weaker compared to regular concealers!! So I would not recommend it to those who want perfect coverage ㅜ

It doesn't apply as thinly as if I were using a full spatula to apply foundation, but the shape was still satisfactory for covering a wide area all at once!
And it's important to apply it thinly if you apply it thicker than expected, as it comes off well. The color almost matches the screen, and the texture felt like a 50/50 mix of foundation and concealer. The coverage can hide general blemishes. The longevity was good! Applying it to the sunken areas with the spatula tip provides a lifting effect!!

The concealer on the tip of the spatula applies a bit too thickly, and the opening has become quite dirty.

I felt it was a bit ambiguous - it's not quite a concealer and not quite a foundation either.
Using it as a concealer? The spatula isn't really a convenient tool for covering targeted areas like other concealer applicators, and the coverage is low. It doesn't provide enough coverage to be considered a concealer. The formula is too thin for that.
But using it as a foundation doesn't quite work either. It doesn't apply as a super thin, lightweight foundation. Ultimately, since it's more of a concealer formula, the texture is a bit thicker and sets faster than a typical foundation. But then using the spatula makes it feel even thinner than it really is. So in the end, the spatula is kind of driving the product.

I really like using this as a foundation. It's much better than using it as a concealer, and it seems like they made it as an alternative to foundation. The color selection is nice and neutral, the price range is reasonable, and I'm particularly pleased that the thin base is in vogue right now - I was considering smushing the spatula into the concealer just to apply it.

Since I didn't purchase the product expecting high coverage, there is no disappointment.

Even a beginner can apply it thinly, and it can conceal light scars to some extent.

None, I'll keep repurchasing it. I heard the 22nd shade just came out, so I'd like to try that one as well.

First of all, it's a product that came out as a concealer, but the coverage is lacking for a concealer, and it's dry and stiff for a foundation. It seems difficult to use for dry skin, and it would be too much for oily skin even in the winter. As a multi-purpose product, it fails to fully capture the advantages of either.

2. Breakdown
With the summer + sweat + oil party, that's probably part of the reason, but the breakdown is the worst. There's no darkening, but the phenomenon of lifting and turning white is quite severe. Even with touch-ups, it's no use.. So you just have to wipe it all off and start over from the beginning.

3. Amount Control
The reason for using the spatula is to apply it thinly, but this product is not very good at controlling the amount, so it kind of defeats the purpose. It applies thickly and sets quickly, so you have to pat it down quickly.

First of all, the size is small and it's a spatula type, so it's so nice to carry around in a pouch! You do have to prepare separate tools like a sponge, but the volume is greatly reduced!

2. Convenience
Since there's a spatula attached, you can just gently apply it to your face, so it's good that the foundation doesn't touch your skin directly, and it's just so convenient! It's also easy to control the amount.
