Recently, I was swayed by an ad and bought this product. After using it for about two weeks, wow... my skin texture has become so soft! 1) Blemishes and irritation: I usually use Cosrx Panthenol Barrier Toner, but since I ran out, I applied this liquid mask at the toner step, morning and evening. I didn't use the patting method, only the absorption method. Using it this way, I didn't experience any blemishes or skin tingling. I typically get allergic reactions from fragrances, so I was a bit worried about the rose water oil and rose peptide in this product. But maybe because they're natural ingredients, I didn't have any issues. I was also concerned about potential irritation from the 10% PHA exfoliating ingredient, but surprisingly, there was no irritation at all. It made me wonder if my skin can handle up to 10% PHA. 2) Skin texture changes: I applied this at the toner step and then followed with my usual serum and cream. Even though only the toner changed in my routine, after 3-4 days, my skin texture felt smoother. When applying cream or serum, the rough feeling under my fingers decreased, and the products seemed to absorb better. I'm quite satisfied with this purchase based on the ad, so I plan to repurchase when I run out. However, since it's not cheap for its small size, I'll now use it only in the evening and continue with my Cosrx Panthenol Barrier Toner in the morning. I think using it just at night will still be effective! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. If I really had to nitpick, maybe the pink color of the container...? Haha! I'm the type whose skin reacts badly when I use exfoliating toner pads with the patting method, so I prefer the absorption method. Looking at the product description, there doesn't seem to be a big difference in exfoliation percentage between patting and absorption methods. If you have thin, super sensitive skin like me, I recommend the absorption method.
