I bought this as a base lip product. Since it doesn't lean too warm or cool, it naturally complements various lip colors applied on top as accent shades, which I love! The tint case is also pretty!

Instead of applying a dark tint first, try using this as a base and then layering a point tint on top. It fades beautifully when worn this way.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, but I wish they had a slightly lighter shade for lining. The difference between applying it on bare lips versus prepped lips is quite noticeable, so a pink-based version would be nice.

As I mentioned earlier, I bought this for cool-toned makeup, so I was a bit disappointed that the color looked warmer in person. Also, for some reason, the case seems a bit fragile. At some point, I noticed the lid was slightly broken and doesn't close properly. However, I still liked it as a pretty tint, so I don't feel there are many drawbacks.

However, the color turned out to be more neutral and warm than I expected. It's so pretty that I can just apply this one product for a deep undertone makeup look without needing any other lip product. I found myself using it frequently. The formula is surprisingly lightweight and applies like a watery velvet, making it comfortable on the lips!

First, simply apply a lip balm, then put this product on the upper and lower parts of your lips, focusing on the inner areas. Blend with your fingers, and you're done. If you want more of a gradient effect, as I mentioned earlier, you could fill in your entire lip, then dab a moisturizing formula or vibrant lip product just in the center and blend for a beautiful result.

For gradient lips, rather than applying it alone, I recommend fully covering your lips first, then using other colors or moisturizing tints for blending. Also, if you have somewhat dry, flaky lips, this product might clump a bit, so it might be better to apply a hydrating lip balm before using this product.

The photo doesn't do it justice... but when you see it in person, doesn't it give off a truly matte vibe with a definite cool-toned base feel? Plus, with its subtle cool rose base color, for those cool-toned beauties who prioritize their base lip and are thirsty for the perfect shade - this product is an absolute must-have! I strongly recommend it. It's exactly the right soft pink hue for a cool-toned base.
