It seems to work better with cool tones rather than warm tones. When you apply this and layer it with other deeper colors, it blends naturally and the color payoff comes through nicely, just like a matte lipstick.
ConsThe formula is not moisturizing, so if you apply a little too much, it can feel clumpy.
TipApplying it thinly and spreading it evenly makes it a great base for overlip use!
