Well, I feel like the effectiveness diminishes as you continue taking it. I take one tablet, but the instructions recommend two. For those following the recommended dosage, the quantity might not be great value for money.

I tend to have some swelling around my nose and eyes. While it doesn't disappear instantly, I've noticed that the puffiness definitely subsides more quickly over time.
