Maybe because my skin is on the darker side... haha, but the brightening effect seems stronger than I expected!
ConsIs it because of the mineral UV filters? Unfortunately, the white cast was quite noticeable! Also, I heard it was good for covering redness, so I bought it as someone with rosacea, but the color itself seems to have more of a whitening effect... It doesn't seem to cover as well as I had hoped.

However, it doesn't cover freckles or blemishes. • Provides decent coverage for redness. This cushion was apparently designed to cover redness, and it seems to cover about 70% of it. • Great value when purchased with refills during promotions! At Olive Young sales, you can stock up on 1-2 refills along with the original product.
ConsCons: • The white cast might be too noticeable for some, leading to mixed opinions. • After some time, it may feel slightly drying on dry skin types. It's recommended to apply a hydrating product before using this sun cushion.

It definitely helps cover up the redness quite well.
ConsIt tends to leave a white cast, and when applied, it makes my skin feel suffocated... sigh.

I liked that the product has a green tint, which helped cover some redness. When applied to the face, I could feel a pleasant cooling effect.
ConsAs I have dry skin, the more I applied, the more it accentuated my skin texture. Despite being a sun cushion, it didn't provide a natural coverage. Instead, it left a noticeable white cast that was quite severe.
TipThis product is great for lightly concealing redness and providing sun protection!

Cons- I had high hopes since there aren't many green-tinted sunscreens or brightening moisturizers. I expected sun protection with some redness coverage, but it leaves a white cast. On reddish skin, this sunscreen turns pink. Recommended for those who like brightening sunscreens, but not advisable for those with ruddy complexions like myself.

Love that it's fragrance-free! No artificial scents. Easy to apply as a sun cushion. Doesn't stick to hands, just pat it on. Reapplication is a breeze. The green-tinted formula helps cover redness. It's not full coverage, but provides decent concealment.
ConsHas that typical mineral sunscreen heaviness and rich feel. Initially feels moisturizing on the skin, but quickly becomes suffocating and greasy. Doesn't seem to suit my skin type, unfortunately. Leaves a white cast and creates an unnatural, floaty tone-up effect. I have a medium skin tone (22-23 in Korean shades), but this makes my face look way too pale, as if I used the wrong shade. It improves slightly over time, but you'd need to apply an extremely thin layer. Prone to pilling and settling into lines. I tried applying it quickly for daily use, but it pills and settles... Wouldn't feel confident going out after applying this. With so many other sun cushions available, I can't find a compelling reason to use this one.
TipInstead of patting, try smoothing it on to reduce pilling and settling. Remember, even with sun cushions, it's crucial to control the amount you apply! It contains tea tree, known for its soothing properties. I'm planning to apply it every 2-3 hours at home, like a regular sunscreen.

After using it for two weeks, there's hardly any product left. #Texture It feels moisturizing and cool when applied to the skin. It definitely brightens the skin. (My skin tone is shade 22.) #Blemishes While it doesn't cause any breakouts, it doesn't particularly soothe the skin either.
Cons1. Texture Despite having a moisturizing formula, it tends to emphasize dead skin cells when applied. 2. Brightening effect Instead of a natural brightening effect, it leaves an obvious and overly white cast. Even my usual mineral sunscreen makes my skin look pale, but this one takes it to another level... I ended up using it as a highlighter on my cheekbones, nose bridge, and forehead. 3. Quantity The amount of product is too little... The advantage of a compact is being able to carry it around and reapply whenever needed, but I only used it in the mornings and it still ran out in two weeks... In conclusion, I probably wouldn't go out of my way to purchase and use this again.

I've been using this product for a week. No skin irritation: I was worried about breakouts due to the stearic acid in the ingredients, which can clog pores, but there were no issues. Being a sun cushion, it didn't feel heavy on my skin, which was great. Brightening effect: My face is much lighter than my neck, so I usually apply a brightening moisturizer to my neck when doing makeup. With this sun cushion alone, my skin tone was evened out nicely.
ConsMakeup cakes: Even though I don't have particularly flaky skin, when used over concealer, it emphasized dead skin cells and made my makeup cake overall. It feels like they've turned one of those drying, white-cast mineral sunscreens that settle into wrinkles into a cushion format.
TipInstead of foundation, I (1) mix mineral sunscreen with concealer on a palette and apply it with a spatula and puff. During the time I used this cushion, I applied a thin layer of (1), then added layers of the sun cushion on areas that needed more coverage or brightening. The makeup caked less than when using the sun cushion alone with concealer, and the brightening effect was lovely, leaving me satisfied.

It feels like it absorbs better with more adherence.
Cons- White cast: After reformulation, the white cast is more noticeable, so you need to be careful with the amount applied. - Can't use alone: Due to the intense white cast, you can't apply just a small amount of the sun cushion. You need to use sunscreen first, then apply this. - Dryness & oiliness: With this new version, after some time it becomes dry but also develops a lot of excess oil. While it could be weather-related, compared to the pre-reformulation version, it becomes drier and oilier, causing it to clump.

Packaging + Contents First off, I loved the light mint-colored case. The product itself has a moisturizing, slightly white cast with a hint of mint. 2. Application It has a moisturizing and lightweight texture that's easy to apply. Being a sun cushion, it's great that the sunscreen doesn't get on your hands! Even with quick, light tapping, it applies well. The mint tint helps to cover some redness! 3. Blemish Check I didn't experience any particular blemishes from it!
ConsThe puff is a bit disappointing, unfortunately. The material feels somewhat cheap, so it doesn't apply smoothly but rather roughly. This might cause the product to look a bit patchy. As a sun product, I didn't expect much coverage, but... there's literally no coverage at all. I thought it would at least conceal some texture and pores, but it's just like a regular mineral sunscreen? Even white-cast sunscreens usually cover pores a bit, but this doesn't at all. My skin is currently recovering and has a lot of hyperpigmentation, but this didn't cover anything. I initially planned to go out wearing just this, but ended up applying cushion foundation too...
TipThis might work well for those with good skin who prefer a light, natural makeup look!
