I don't use it every day, but I use it a couple of times a week in the evenings (retinol seems to be sensitive to sunlight). The next day, I feel like my skin is a bit tighter.

At first it may sting a bit, but with continued use you won't feel any irritation.

My skin condition:
U zone dry, T zone normal ~ oily
I tend to prefer ampoules that seem to fill in moisture and surface dryness (I'll use the Wellauge one forever...)
For functional products, I only use them 1-2 times a week when my skin barrier has recovered.
When my barrier is compromised (like when I use sunscreen daily and cleanse intensively), if I don't properly rebuild my basic skincare, I get this awful feeling of dryness and tightness, like my skin is about to tear. I've been carrying around a mist a lot.
I don't have major breakouts, but food & hormones sometimes cause flare-ups.
The ampoules that claim to shrink pores have a sticky texture. If I use those daily, I sometimes feel like my pores get clogged, with bumps and whiteheads popping up. So if I buy something like that, I only use it 1-2 times a week.
I'll try not to buy those anymore.
I just need ampoules that are either hydrating or functional, and I rely on creams for moisturizing.
I'm interested in addressing enlarged pores and uneven texture.
I'm also interested in brightening and fading dark spots.

If the Innisfree Cica Ampoule worked well for you, consistently using the Cica line could also be a good alternative to retinol.

If you are new to retinol ingredients or have sensitive skin, I recommend starting with a small amount and testing it first.

The large inflammatory pimples kept coming up after use, so it didn't suit my skin. It was disappointing that the retinol ingredient didn't seem to agree with me. Since I had used the cica ampoule from the same brand well, it felt more regrettable that this product didn't suit my skin.
The design was a unique and pretty Steven Harrington limited edition, so it had collectible value.

I have no negative feedback. I'm completely satisfied with the products and will likely repurchase once I've used them up.

My skin has been dramatically transformed in just one week, without the need for dermatological treatments or procedures - just by changing my basic skincare routine. While it hasn't been completely resolved yet, I'll share photos in 2 weeks to show the progress.
To provide some context, I had been taking acne medication throughout high school, and by the time I became an adult, my skin barrier was completely damaged. Recently, I also unknowingly applied an excessive amount of retinol, which led to a breakout and further impaired my skin barrier, causing irritation, redness, and a lot of trouble.
I considered getting aesthetic treatments at a dermatologist, but decided to first try changing my skincare routine, and if there was no improvement after the seasonal change, I would go to the clinic. In just one week, my skin has improved significantly with this new routine.
For my nighttime care, I've been using a toner, followed by a soothing ampoule to address redness, and then a repair cream. After seeing some initial improvement, I've been using just a tiny amount of retinol (about the size of my little fingernail) spread across my entire face. (I used to tolerate retinol well, but the excessive amount caused my skin to go haywire).
For my morning routine, I use a toner, a redness-reducing ampoule, and a lightweight, non-clogging moisturizer. I've also been going out without makeup and just wearing a mask, as my skin wasn't looking good with makeup on top of it. Please don't apply retinol in the morning - it's not good to use it with sun exposure.
The products I'm using aren't meant to treat active breakouts, but they've been great for reducing the redness left behind after my skin has calmed down. However, be careful not to use too much, as it can lead to a big problem like what happened to me.

The disappointing thing is that I bought it for my pore concerns, but I'm not sure if it's really effective for my pores.

I heard that retinol should only be applied at night because it is sensitive to sunlight, and that the Innisfree ampoule is a good starter retinol product, so I purchased it. After using it consistently, it seems like my pore size has decreased a bit. There was also no irritation or stinging sensation.

The formula is not oily or sticky, which I really like.

At night, I lightly apply the skin toner first, then gently massage this product around my pores in a circular motion to help it absorb. After that, I don't even need to apply any other creams or products, it works great on its own.

While it seems like the tube is full when you open it, when you press down to squeeze it out, not much product actually comes out. I've had to press down on it several times to get enough product.

I purchased this retinol serum because the cute illustration on the outside appealed to me. After cleansing my skin at night and applying it, I feel like my skin is firmer and more supple in the morning, so I'm considering repurchasing it.

- A beauty YouTuber said that retinol is better when used together with the pentanol ingredient, so I'm applying it along with the Biovio Panthenol Cica Blemish Ampoule, but I'm not sure if there are any positive effects, but it's not bad either, so I'm continuing to apply them together.
