Each pad was difficult to separate, as they were too clumped together. They also lacked softness when applying. It's a shame. I noticed a body wash emulsion advertised in the included leaflet, but couldn't find the product on their website. It's also disappointing that they have a limited product range on Hwahae. If you have any inexplicably itchy areas, try applying this product.
