I really dislike lip balms that just "coat" my dry, cracked lips without providing any real moisture. But the Pineapple Dive lip balm is different - when I apply it with the mini spatula, I can feel a gradual release of moisture, not just a surface coating. Also, I'm concerned about lip aging, like losing volume and getting a longer philtrum, so I like that this lip balm contains ingredients like bakuchiol that can help with that. I first use a toner-soaked cotton pad to gently remove any excess oil from my lips, then I lightly pat on the Pineapple Dive lip balm generously. This routine really works well for me.
