While it's great for providing hydration, it does lack a bit in nourishment compared to the Deep Repair version.

I have very wavy hair that usually loses its style within two weeks after getting it straightened, but when I spray this Healing Bird treatment and brush it, the style seems to last longer. It's so incredibly soft... the best treatment ever! I used to skip conditioner/treatment in the shower because I hated getting it on my body, which left my hair in terrible condition. But now that I have this, I can confidently shower without using treatment and still maintain soft hair. I'll definitely repurchase when I run out. Compared to any hair mist or leave-in treatment I've used before, this seems to have more cream-like ingredients that really help create a soft, silky hair texture.

However, the effects only lasted about 10 hours, and the fragrance faded after about 2 hours. What's more, if you blow-dry your hair after applying the product, the scent disappears completely. For a product touted as the best-seller, I felt quite disappointed.

I bought this after an Olive Young employee recommended it, saying it's the best-selling hair essence spray. While its refreshing quality could be seen as a plus, the product's positioning seems a bit ambiguous. It might get a bit sticky if you spray it liberally on wet hair, but then again, if you're buying it for hair conditioning, the effects are rather subtle.

I can't really tell if it has any special treatment effects. It seems like all mist products are similar in that regard. Also, you need to lay down a towel or use it in the bathroom when spraying. Otherwise, no matter how close you hold it to your hair, it ends up all over the floor, making it slippery.

It's convenient to spray on and has a pleasantly subtle fragrance. I love that the scent lasts longer than expected.
