When applied, it becomes coated like a base coat. But that peels off easily;;; I don't even want to give it 1 star. I think they should have written 'Nutrition Base Coat' or 'Top Coat' in the name from the beginning. It chips off so badly that it's unpleasant to look at, but it's also hard to remove. When you remove it, it becomes cloudy and makes your nails look really unhealthy.
