There were no particular shortcomings. I thought everything was great.

The skin barrier was really severely damaged, so after washing my face and doing skincare, it really stung and my cheeks and chin felt extremely rough and scratchy. The redness also became much worse, but even after applying Dr. G's Soothing Cream for about a week, there was no effect. Since I need to recover quickly due to an important event, I tried this product. Around 9 PM, I applied it, and by 12 PM, the rough feeling on my cheeks had disappeared and it looked about 70% recovered... I felt the same way in the morning. They said using too much would make it greasy, so I used just the right amount, and the absorption was incredibly fast. As an oily-skinned person, when I use lotions or heavy creams, my skin gets oily and absorption is a bit slow, but this gel-type cream doesn't leave any oiliness and absorbs incredibly fast. For those with oily+sensitive skin and a need to strengthen the skin barrier, you must try this... it's a holy grail product for me. I'll keep buying it even in the winter, and since the skin barrier can get a bit weakened after exfoliating, I'll be sure to apply it on the days I exfoliate as well!!!

After using almost the entire tube in just 3 days, my skin became very dry, and my face started to feel tingly and develop red patches. It seems that Centella Asiatica, high concentrations of panthenol, and citric acid just don't work for me. I'm so disappointed...

For those with dry skin, I recommend using this only in the morning during summer

This is my holy grail cream that I've been using for countless tubes! As a panthenol-based cream, it's fantastic for skin regeneration when needed. I'm currently using it as a recovery cream after dermatological procedures. It works hard to soothe and repair the skin.
