As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I couldn't settle on a low pH cleanser until I saw an ad for this one and decided to give it a try. It's quite slippery, and even a small amount produces plenty of foam! It seems to effectively remove excess oil. I use it in the morning. For makeup removal, I use it as my first cleanse after a cleansing milk.

While it's fragrance-free, there's a slight detergent-like scent at first. However, since I avoid products with added fragrances, this wasn't an issue for me.

As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I'm prone to blemishes if I don't exfoliate regularly. Last winter, I used the wrong exfoliating product and completely destroyed my skin barrier. Even the gentlest products would cause redness and tingling. I stumbled upon an Instagram ad for this LHA gel cleanser and decided to give it a try!

Initially, even this gel cleanser was too harsh for my super sensitive skin, so I paused using it. I switched to using only the panthenol essence emulsion from the same line for 1-2 weeks. When I reintroduced the gel cleanser, I felt no irritation at all. It gently managed my dead skin cells (the panthenol emulsion really helped restore my skin barrier).

After use, my skin doesn't feel squeaky clean or slippery, just comfortably hydrated. I'm planning to use this gel cleanser daily for exfoliation instead of scrubs or exfoliating toners now.

The amount you get feels small compared to the price, and I found myself using it up faster than expected.

As someone with super sensitive skin who's been going to university hospital dermatologists for years, I think I've finally found my holy grail. The gentle products prescribed at the hospital didn't work for me, so I've been on a quest for a mild gel cleanser. This one is incredibly gentle and perfect as a morning cleanser. I think I'll be sticking with it!
