This Hwahae product gives just the right amount of tone-up effect! It applies moisturizing and the tone-up doesn't clump or appear chalky, so it's easy to apply smoothly. However, I don't feel it controls the oiliness, so after my skincare routine, I still get some oiliness in the afternoon. Overall, this is a great value tone-up sun cream.
ConsIn the afternoon, a bit of oil may come up, but it would be good to apply powder treatment initially or lightly blot the oil and reapply.

My skin is also on the darker side. For now, the tone-up seems to be working well. I applied it before going to school, and my friends were surprised, saying "Why did you get so pale?" Haha. My skin looks good. There's a lot of product, so I've been dividing it up and using it.
ConsThe product has a somewhat oily feel and is a bit sticky, so powder is essential... The longevity is also not great. I have to double cleanse because the cleansing is a bit unsatisfactory. Is this normal?.. When I apply it on my body, it all just slides off, damn it!!
