It's a complete fluorescent color! It seems to have a unique color and texture that you can't find at Roadshop. As the name suggests, it's moisturizing and has great color payoff, so it can get really intense if you layer it. Highly recommended!
Cons
The price is expensive, but the case is just too much to my liking haha
