It's incredibly gentle, causing no irritation, and leaves your skin feeling hydrated upon application. The pink base brightens any complexion, whether you're dealing with dullness or yellowness, giving you a clear and radiant look. What's great about this brightening moisturizer is that it enhances your skin tone naturally, avoiding an overly lightened or artificial appearance.
ConsIt might be more suitable for spring and fall rather than summer, and those with oily skin might find it challenging to use.

I love how it doesn't feel thick or heavy when applying.
ConsIt's not completely fragrance-free. However, compared to what I used before, the scent is much milder and not bothersome in my opinion.

First off, it spreads more smoothly and feels more hydrating than before. There's absolutely no stiffness, which personally delights me as it eliminates the slight residue I used to get along my hairline. In the first photo, the left is the old version, and the right is the new version's color. The whiteness has softened, shifting to a light peach tone, making it more suitable for those needing complexion correction. In the second photo, the left side shows where it's applied - it evens out the skin tone uniformly without leaving a white cast.
ConsPeople with redness in their cheeks might need to use a different shade. To be effective as a sunscreen, you need to apply a generous amount, but since the formula has become more hydrating, it takes relatively longer to absorb if you want to wait and reapply.
TipA small amount goes a long way - you need less than you might think. Apply it all over as the final step of your skincare routine, then go about your makeup or other tasks. Before heading out, you can add an extra layer to areas you're concerned about for added protection.

It actually feels quite moisturizing. Usually, mineral sunscreens apply thickly, but this one goes on thinly, which is great. Brightening effect: It provides a natural brightening effect. If you're expecting the level of coverage similar to foundation-free makeup, you might be disappointed. The Hwahae Testers: My skin oddly reacts to sunscreens even though it's fine with foundation. Since I don't know which ingredient causes the reaction, I always use sunscreens without harmful ingredients. Make P:rem has no harmful ingredients, and I experienced no adverse skin reactions after use. Also, I often can't use sunscreens or even eye creams due to eye irritation, but Make P:rem Soothing Tone Up Sun Cream caused no eye irritation!
ConsI have a darker skin tone (around 22-23 in Korean foundation shades) and prefer a sunscreen with coverage similar to foundation-free makeup. Unfortunately, this doesn't provide that level of brightening, which is disappointing. However, if you naturally have fair skin and want just a slight brightening effect, I would recommend this. The Hwahae Testers: While the difference may not be apparent in photos, there's definitely about one shade of brightening after applying the sunscreen, as if you've turned on a fluorescent light.
TipFor a more natural and beautiful skin appearance, make sure to keep your base skincare routine well-hydrated before using this product!

I've been using Estra's sunscreen for a while, but after trying Make P:rem's sunscreen, I think I might switch. - Even though it's a mineral sunscreen, it's not thick or heavy. It applies smoothly, which I really like. - Mineral sunscreens typically come with some level of white cast, but with Make P:rem's sunscreen, if you apply a small amount twice, it seems to naturally brighten your complexion, which I find satisfying.
ConsThere's nothing particularly negative to mention. I'm satisfied with the color, texture, and how it absorbs into the skin.

I've been using it almost daily for about two weeks, and I haven't experienced any new blemishes. As someone with oily skin, I initially thought the rich texture might be too much for summer. However, after it settles, it feels slightly powdery, making it perfect when applied over a light skincare routine. Even when my natural oils come through later, it doesn't clog my pores or cause pilling! Unlike other mineral sunscreens, this one isn't thick or pasty - it absorbs beautifully. I didn't experience any eye irritation at all!
ConsHonestly, I didn't find any downsides while using this product.
TipIf you have oily skin, I'd recommend applying this over a light skincare routine, especially during the summer months!

Texture - When dispensing onto the back of your hand, it has a very slight watery feel. (But not to the point of dripping) 2. Application - Spreads incredibly smoothly on the face! - Neither matte nor oily, it absorbs with a soft, powdery finish - Not thick or sticky, yet not overly rich ⭐️It truly has that unique, velvety feel!⭐️ 3. Sensitivity - I have super sensitive skin that usually reacts quickly to products, but I had no issues for about 2 weeks 4. Usability - Great for evening out skin tone when you don't want to wear makeup, and works wonderfully as a base under cushion foundation - Looks natural without making your face appear ghostly white or floating Additional thoughts: I'm not a fan of heavy makeup and used to just wear sunscreen instead of cushion or foundation. I've tried many products searching for gentle, natural-looking options. This one takes the top spot for that powdery finish! It seems perfect for summer when skin tends to get oilier
ConsThe biggest downside is the scent... It has a really strange smell, almost like paint? While the fragrance isn't overpowering, it's a bit unpleasant when you smell it up close

Unlike mineral sunscreens that can feel thick and heavy, this one glides on smoothly without pilling or clumping - it's as gentle as applying a hydrating moisturizer. It allows for a natural-looking brightening effect. I was worried it might leave a white cast since it's a brightening moisturizer sunscreen, but it evens skin tone very naturally without looking overly pale. However, don't expect dramatic brightening results. There's no eye irritation. I often worry about stinging when applying sunscreen, but this doesn't hurt my eyes at all, so I can safely use it around the eye area without concern. It's hydrating. This seems like a great sunscreen for winter use. Usually, mineral sunscreens make my skin feel dry in winter, but I think this one would work well year-round. Its moisturizing properties also make it a good base to apply before makeup.
ConsWhile it provides a natural brightening effect, it doesn't offer dramatic complexion enhancement. I had hoped it might be enough for a foundation-free look, but it doesn't quite provide that level of tone evening or coverage, which is slightly disappointing.

I'm glad I got the chance to try this product. I've always trusted Make P:rem's sunscreens for their UV protection, and this one doesn't disappoint. The 'Soothing' in the product name really makes sense. Despite being a mineral sunscreen, it's not thick or heavy - it applies smoothly and thinly. When first applied, you can feel the hydration and there's just the right amount of richness to give a natural glow. After a while, the moisture naturally evaporates, leaving no heavy feeling due to its light application. Once applied, it neutralizes yellow undertones nicely. While it doesn't provide coverage, it evens skin tone naturally, making your complexion look more translucent. I'm very satisfied with it. I noticed it contains calamine, which helps soothe the skin while providing a tone-up effect. Make P:rem's Soothing Pink Tone-Up Sun Cream not only provides sun protection but is also great for those days when you want to go bare-faced but your skin looks dull. It's perfect for evening out your complexion before foundation, or for a natural makeup look. It brightens your complexion, gives a subtle glow, and doesn't make you look sallow. Plus, being a Make P:rem product, you can trust its sun protection capabilities. It's a product with many advantages. And every time I open the lid, I'm greeted by that beautiful pink color, which always puts me in a good mood. It's just so pretty!
ConsThe longevity of the tone-up effect could be a bit better. It seems to fade somewhat over time compared to when first applied.
TipWith Make P:rem's tone-up sunscreen, just cover dark spots with concealer and add some shadow to your eyes, and you've got a perfect natural makeup look.

I was really pleased with the design aspect. u2661 Application It applies smoothly, like an emulsion, without feeling thick or heavy. Some other sunscreens can be a bit stiff and difficult to apply, but this one glides on like an emulsion. I was very satisfied with this. There was no residue around the nose area. u2661 Brightening effect As you can see in the photo, it provides a nice pink-toned brightening effect. It's not a white cast, but a natural and appropriate tone-up. It's perfect for a no-foundation look or quick outings. I think this is the product's strong point. While it's a good, gentle mineral sunscreen in terms of application and lack of irritation, the brightening effect is particularly lovely. u2661 Irritation I have sensitive skin and often break out when using new products, but this gentle mineral sunscreen didn't cause any stinging or irritation. I didn't experience any blemishes afterwards either. I think it would be suitable for those with sensitive skin like mine. Overall impression u2014> I'd recommend this if you want a bright and natural tone-up, often go without foundation, have sensitive skin, or don't want a thick sunscreen. It's a sunscreen that covers all the basics. + Not recommended for those looking for a sunscreen that works well under makeup. Due to its nature as a brightening mineral sunscreen, it might not be the best base for makeup.
ConsI didn't really find any downsides. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the scent. Those sensitive to fragrances might find it a bit bothersome. It has a typical sunscreen smell.
