Just rub the crown of your head a few times and work up a lather.
The concentrated formula seems to produce a lot of foam!
Using the bar soap form by fitting it into the bottom of a pet bottle cap is great because it dries out well and doesn't get soggy.

I wished the black shampoo bar would have had the same effect as Hwahae, but since it's part of the scalp soothing line, it has a gentler feel. It doesn't have the same oil-controlling effect as the black one.

The scent of this shampoo bar is much better than the black one.
The black one has a temple-like scent plus a masculine skin scent.
This one has a similar scent to floral fragrances.

I've switched all my shampoo and conditioner products to this brand.

As an oily-haired person, this product works well for me, but the black one was better in terms of effectiveness (though the black shampoo bar had too strong a scent).

For a shampoo bar, it does leave my hair feeling soft, but I still find it necessary to use a hair treatment afterward.

Lately, perhaps due to the yellow dust, I've started experiencing some scalp itchiness, unlike when I first started using it. While the calming and softening effect on my hair is a plus, as someone with a perm, I feel like it's slightly weakening my curls, which is a bit disappointing.

I haven't been using shampoo bars consistently for very long. I initially tried a seaweed one from another brand that claimed to control scalp odor, but it seemed too harsh and caused some blemishes and scalp tightness. So I switched to their black bean shampoo bar, which was less effective for odor control but didn't cause any discomfort. Wanting to explore other options, I decided to order this one. Being a low pH product, it doesn't seem to irritate my skin much. My hair feels calmer and softer after using it.

It has a strong fragrance, which I personally didn't like. For me, it's quite intense, but if you enjoy fragrances, you might be satisfied with it.

It lathers up really well, so it has great cleansing effectiveness. This was my first time using a shampoo bar, and it exceeded my expectations.

As shown in the second photo, store the bar in a soap saver bag to make it last longer.

There aren't many downsides to speak of. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it's a shame there are only two versions of the shampoo bar available. I wish there was a wider variety to choose from based on different scalp types.

I bought this during a buy-one-get-one-free sale. Out of the four shampoo bar brands I've tried so far, Keseseri has the best scent by far. True to its shampoo bar nature, it effectively removes oil from the scalp, leaving it fresh and clean. I've noticed a significant improvement in my seborrheic dermatitis.
