This cream applies so lightly and moisturizes beautifully, absorbing instantly into the skin. It's my go-to hydration cream that I always stock up on during Olive Young's buy-one-get-one-free promotions. I must have gone through about 6 jars already! With my dry skin, it's not quite enough on its own in winter, so I layer another moisturizer on top. I think those with oily skin would find this perfect year-round. There's absolutely nothing to dislike about this - it's truly the best hydration cream out there. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it might not provide quite enough moisture for very dry skin in winter. For a real treat in summer, try applying this cream and then massaging it in with a cooling facial roller from Daiso. A versatile product perfect for both summer and winter! In summer, it's hydrating without feeling greasy, and in winter, you can mix it with oils for extra nourishment. Plus, Abib's packaging design is so beautiful that I can't bring myself to throw away the empty container - I'm still using it! It feels like it absorbs a bit slowly into the skin. But other than that, I'm completely satisfied! This moisturizer seems to be a great year-round skincare staple. Its versatility shines through its ability to adapt to different seasons, providing the right balance of hydration without excess oil in summer, while allowing for customization with oils in winter for deeper moisturization. The texture is closer to a gel-cream - soft and moisturizing. It's incredibly hydrating and absorbs well, which makes me reach for it often. While it absorbs nicely and feels fresh, it still leaves a moisturizing film on the skin! Unlike typical gel creams that can sit on top of the skin or cause pilling, this is a gentle, deeply hydrating moisturizer without those drawbacks. It's perfect for light, cooling skincare in the summer! I honestly can't think of any downsides... It didn't cause any blemishes and is an excellent, reliable daily moisturizer. I bought this because winter was so dry, and it turned out to be incredibly hydrating. The finish wasn't sticky at all, but rather fresh and light. Even when I woke up to wash my face, it felt like there was a moisture barrier, keeping my skin hydrated until morning. I think even those with combination dehydrated skin could use this without any issues. For those with very dry skin, it might be a bit insufficient, so you may need to layer it multiple times. Also, since you have to scoop it out to use, it can be slightly inconvenient. This product works hard to provide deep hydration and absorbs well into the skin, leaving a nice glow without feeling rich or sticky. It's great for maintaining oil and moisture balance, especially during harsh winter months.

It's lightweight and easy to apply, which I love. It seems to instantly cool down my face when I put it on, so I'll likely keep using it even in summer! It takes a bit of time to absorb into the skin, so you need to pat it in for a while. While I didn't experience any blemishes, my sister, who has combination dehydrated skin, kept breaking out. If you have combination dehydrated skin, I'd recommend trying a sample before purchasing. Storing it in the refrigerator makes it even more refreshing, and it seems to absorb into the skin better too.

It's not an overly thick product, so it spreads easily and absorbs well. The finish was a bit stickier than I expected. The texture leaves a slightly tacky feeling on the skin, so I probably won't repurchase. The finish is refreshingly light, making it a great choice for a basic skincare item! Personally, I'd recommend this for combination skin types. If you have dry skin, you might find it a tad drying. I noticed a bit of oiliness around my nose area! It's a hassle to open the lid and use a spatula every time I want to apply it. As for the scent... well, I'm not a fan! It has an overly artificial smell that creates a sort of aversion for me. Works hard as a brightening moisturizer to even out your skin tone. Absorbs well without feeling sticky, making it great for layering in your daily skincare routine. However, those with super sensitive skin might want to patch test first to check for any potential irritation or allergic reactions.
