Provides an instant cooling effect that balances skin temperature - True to its tea tree-based soothing properties, this product delivers an immediate cooling sensation upon application. The cooling effect is just right - not too intense to be irritating, making it very pleasant to use! It noticeably lowers skin temperature, which should be perfect for summer use. 2. Non-irritating with a moisturizing finish - Despite having sensitive skin and allergies, I was able to use this product without any adverse reactions! The accompanying ampoule has a nice, basic moisture level that pairs well with the mask. I tried both mixing it in and applying it separately - both methods worked great and left my skin equally hydrated after removing the mask. 3. Easy to remove with a fresh finish - Some modeling masks can be tricky to peel off, but thanks to the packaging, it's easy to get the right water ratio. The mask itself comes off cleanly and effortlessly! Post-removal cleanup was much easier compared to other modeling masks I've used. The finish isn't greasy at all, providing just the right amount of hydration for summer - perfect for using before bed! + The scent is typical of tea tree products, but on the milder side. Even those sensitive to fragrances should find it tolerable.
Cons- Mixing was trickier than expected! Not sure if it's due to the spoon, but the bottom part tended to clump into little balls. It required extra attention and stirring time, which was a bit inconvenient.
Tip- This would be great for travel! It comes with everything you need - the hydrating ampoule, cup, and spoon - making it convenient to take on the go. - For those who prefer a simpler routine, you can just mix the ampoule directly into the mask - it still provides a great experience! - Think of this as more of a light, daily-use modeling mask rather than an intensive, deeply nourishing treatment.

The cooling sensation seems to linger gently. There wasn't any strange or off-putting smell. I liked that the spatula and cup inside were sturdy. It's great that it comes with a hydrating tea tree ampoule built-in, so you don't have to worry about what to apply. The quantity is generous, especially the ampoule amount. The built-in ampoule has a soothing gel-like texture. When you peel it off, the part that touches your skin is so moist that you can see the hydration with your eyes. I didn't experience any additional blemishes, and the redness noticeably decreased. The photos are in order: before use (L,R), after use (L,R)!
ConsIt's a bit difficult to apply around the sides of the nose. It seems to harden faster than expected. I tend to be a bit slow, and by the time I've applied it to my cheeks, chin, and forehead, it starts to set when I'm trying to do my nose and philtrum. Unfortunately, since the nose area is hard to apply, it tends to clump up there.

I had avoided them before due to the hassle of measuring out large quantities and needing to buy separate tools. However, this pack is perfectly portioned for single use and includes all necessary items, even a pre/post-mask ampoule. It's incredibly convenient. When on sale, it can go down to around $3, which is an amazing value for such a complete set. Texture and finish: The included ampoule has a light gel-like consistency that absorbs quickly, which I appreciated. As for the modeling mask, being my first time, I found the texture fascinating. It sets to a jelly-like consistency rather than hardening completely, making removal a breeze. It stayed moist throughout the application, never feeling dry. Unlike sheet masks that often leave excess product on the skin, this mask absorbed completely, leaving a clean, refreshed finish. Cooling effect: Using cold water to mix the mask, combined with the soothing tea tree ingredient, provided an instant cooling sensation. It immediately calmed any heat in my skin, making the entire masking experience incredibly relaxing. Blemish soothing: During my testing period, my skin was not in great condition - I had blemishes and my skin felt dehydrated. This mask noticeably reduced redness from blemishes and helped restore balance and hydration to my skin.
ConsFlimsy spatula: The spatula was disappointing. It's made of a paper-like material, similar to those flimsy spoons you get with fast food desserts. It felt weak and difficult to use effectively. Powder clumping: Mixing the powder with cold water led to some clumping issues. The mask sets quickly, so I often ended up applying it with some undissolved powder clumps still present.
TipPro tip: I found it works best to apply half the ampoule before the mask, and mix the other half into the mask powder. This makes the mask even more hydrating and leaves skin feeling firmer. I tried applying the mask up to my lips and was pleasantly surprised to find it left them moisturized too. IMPORTANT: Stick to the recommended amount of water! I thought adding extra would slow down the setting process, but it made the mixture too runny. It dripped onto my clothes as soon as I applied it to my face. Learn from my mistake!

But when it comes to masks, I trust Mediheal products. This modeling mask with an additional ampoule had me excited! Despite some inconveniences, isn't the post-mask effect what matters most? The short 15-minute application time was convenient, and there was a slight cooling effect when applied. Thanks to the ampoule or the great ingredients in both products, my skin instantly felt silky smooth with unbeatable hydration! It's the softest and most moisturizing mask I've ever used. Even the next morning, my skin remained soothed, without any new blemishes, and still felt moisturized and soft. I saw significant results! I recommend packing individual sachets for travel. I was amazed at how it improved my skin texture without causing any irritation, keeping it hydrated beyond my expectations. Honestly, I don't expect dramatic effects from skincare products, but the immediate and lasting benefits were impressive! When traveling, I packed some for my friend who has worse blemishes and redness than me. After experiencing the same great results, she went straight to Olive Young and bought various types without hesitation!
ConsIt's a bit pricey. The mask doesn't mix perfectly smooth and has some clumps. The paper spatula (+ shaped) makes application very inconvenient. It hardens quickly. The 15 individual packets take up a lot of space at home. It produces a lot of waste. I wish they would release a more affordable multi-use version for home use! That would address all the inconveniences I experienced.
